I'm guessing mtf is an abbreviation of "mothafucka", rather than "male to female". A real Kiwi wouldn't do that.

Off topic from whatever is going on with this Jimmy guy, how do you guys feel about CreepsMcpasta? I've always been a fan of creepypastas but the vast majority of them are just terrible. I feel like Creeps sifts through a lot of those and shows the few which are well done, plus his voice is easy to listen to.

Granted, the content he makes doesn't require a lot of effort. The story is already written, recording into a mic is pretty simple when you've got the hang of it, and his "visuals" are just looping stock videos of creepy things. It's not hard to make these, but I think he puts as much effort as you can into them.

I also love the compilation videos about a specific topic. I'm watching one now that's 3 hours of "Experiment Horror Stories" which really sucked me in, perfect to put on while doing other stuff and it naturally comes with breaks that are easy to pick up and put down.

As far as I know, he hasn't fucked a child or murdered anyone (which doesn't seem like a high bar but people keep surprising me) and I've never heard him mention politics which is a breath of fresh air.

I found TIMESIX a few months ago and love the guy. There's a nice niche market for browsing sources of spooky stories like /x/ or r/nosleep and sifting through the shit. He does it as well as anyone else could, but he's consistent and I enjoy his style. Granted, I haven't checked out any of his sad or feelgood videos.

Plus he makes some of my favorite thumbnails ever.

Been enjoying these on you guys' recommendation, but holy shit does reading greentexts aloud point out some flaws.

If I hear "be me" or "reaction.filetype" one more time I'm going to have an aneurysm. (Also his commenters are retarded but that's just a YouTube problem.)

Its a weird problem; if you read the exact text then it becomes annoying and interrupts the flow, but if you skip those parts then it leaves weird gaps and interrupts the flow. I'd prefer if he took them out and just included the post for proof, but I completely agree that when a voice reads a file name it's annoying as hell.

I feel like I've seen a tweet from Wendi making fun of shoe for basically flip-flopping her politics all the time or something similar, I could be wrong though.

It gets bizarre and tiring that the creators themselves are why we can't have nice things. What happened to when at worst they were just an awkward weirdo?

I looked my subs over but I don't really have anyone who specifically reads Creepypasta. I have Let'sRead but mostly because he's got a nice voice. Some of the stuff he reads just boils down to "A guy looked at me."

I also listen to JNightmares. He reads ones from Japanese boards and they go for a more urban legend/superstitions feel. I wish he didn't have every person he'd ever met guest narrate bit some of them aren't terrible. Also Nightmare Tales, who reads some short stories with some basic animations.

I think the kind of person that makes reading CreepyPasta on Youtube their "thing" is probably a shut-in with few prospects. And I imagine kids are the bulk of their viewers. So... ya know.... I'm not claiming running a YT channel turns you into a pedo, but... the pedo is in the pudding or something.

The sad and feel good videos are ok, there mostly just whitepill we're all gonna make it bros, or black pill if you only knew how bad it really was posts. I could take em or leave em tbh.

I hope he sticks with the Maverick Files though. He just posted that TIMESIX channel got fully demonitized so I hope that doesn't push him away like it has other people

More like they aren't getting the normal social stimulation from people their own age. The last time they were social every day, was in school.

So it's more like they're a kid mentally. Even though it does not excuse it, as it's common to see statements that it's naughty to fuck underage kids. But then again, kids aren't known to take the best decisions either.
