Canadian Truckers Convoy 2022 - The Leaf calls you a Nazi as he gasses you

I guess we will have to see how these next few weeks shake out. Did he activate the Emergencies Act as a threat that he is unwilling to follow through on, like everything else so far? Will he crack down hard in a manner that is outrageous to the general public? Will the protester response be to fold? Will things get violent? It is all so volatile at this point that it becomes extremely difficult to predict, at this stage; definitely an alea iacta est moment.
Next move, I guess, is going after leadership. Pat King and Tamara Lich are going to be living like Yasser Arafat did pretty soon.

It's not particularly rare for governments to seize emergency powers and never relinquish them. While I would not necessarily consider it probable, I do not think it inconceivable that Canada may be under martial law for the rest of my life. For example:
The Philippines was under martial law for 20 years, and it completely fucked it up. And now the son of a dictator is actually leading in the polls for the next election.

Yeah. What concerns me is that if Russia invades Ukraine the war measures nonsense might last for fucking years as deputy prime minister nazi grandpa is a full blown Ukrainian jingoist
I feel as though this could go either way. Historically, there was the "rally around the flag" effect, wherein a society would give up on their petty differences and come together in the event of war. Now, the Western world is so deeply polarized that I am unsure if that phenomenon would still work. I get the sense that a major war would just turn into yet another big wedge issue. For example, look at how the coronavirus scamdemic has gone so far. At first, if you took it seriously, you were a literal nazi misogynist transphobic white supremacist terrorist, and now if you do not take it seriously, you are a literal nazi misogynist transphobic white supremacist terrorist. At no point has there been any agreement or unanimity on what to do about the virus, which one might think ought to be fairly objective instead of a political exercise. It speaks to the total separation of Western left/right worldviews; that there is practically zero common ground anymore.

Imagine the level politicization of covid-19 in the context of WW3 or whatever. MAGAchuds complaining about yet another foreign war for ZOG, Democrats claiming Possible Russian Collusion and putting all the wypipo into internment camps like the WW2 Japs, etc. It could be fucking ridiculous. And that's just the US, which is fairly stable, at least compared to Canada.

Say that Russia moves on Ukraine, and then NATO somehow gets involved; perhaps Russia moves on the Baltic states at the same time, feeling that the Rubicon has already been crossed with Ukraine and that the Baltics are easy pickings due to the Suwalki Gap, or something spirals out of control in Ukraine itself. It is starting to look quite likely that if the US and Russia engage in Eastern Europe, China could make a simultaneous move in the Pacific Theatre; frankly, it would be an opportunity they would be foolish to pass up. And then the US could actually be quite strained to fight a multi-front war, with shit-tier assistance from the moribund militaries of the rest of NATO. And then think about what Trudeau has been doing in the lead-up to this possible event. Demand for Canadian troops overseas becomes extremely high, as Trudeau propels Canada into the brink of civil war domestically, requiring Canadian troops at home. Does he give up on NATO obligations to order Canadian troops to gun down their fellow citizens? How would the troops feel about that? Does he send the Canadian Forces abroad, and then get overthrown? Does he send Canadian Forces abroad, and then make an appeal to Biden to occupy Canada on his behalf with US forces? How does that go over; do Canadians put up with that, do American troops put up with that, do the American people put up with that? If Ukraine really does snowball into a major conflict where Canadian Forces will be required overseas, Trudeau's obstinate refusal to budge on mandates/restrictions, and insistence on hurling insults at protesters who went to Ottawa in good faith, will have set him up for a very sticky situation.

If people feel as though they have no stake in society anymore, who will even be willing to fight on the government's behalf? Do they need to take the Saudi Arabia route and start relying heavily on foreign mercenaries? Canada had riots in both World Wars about this (the Conscription Crisis of 1917 and Conscription Crisis of 1944), and Canadian society is far more polarized now than it was then.

Since the site is still be wonky af I don't know if these were posted (I didn't see them), I'll just post links for now and archives later.

Statement from the head of security of the Ottawa convoy about suspecting potential false flag re: the missing guns reported yesterday:

Press conference from Tamara Lich and Brian Peckford (last living founder of the Charter) before the Emergency Act was called into effect:

Coutts convoy planning to leave 10AM tomorrow because of the guns discovered by RCMP last night:
This one is interesting because of the wording... "being unearthed", which isn't really a confirmation that they're theirs, but we won't know until it gets to courts.
My tinfoil hat wonders if it has anything to do with the same guns that conveniently went missing, but rural Albertans do have a lot of guns, so who knows.

So Parliament has to vote on puffy Castro's invoking the Act in a week

There is no reason for any non-Liberal MP to vote for puffy Castro and there's no reason for a few Liberal MPs to vote for puffy Castro. And with a minority government Canada is 100% a dead niggercattle country if he doesn't lose the vote

An injunction must be applied for in court telling the government to fuck off and if the judiciary of Canada isn't a dead niggercattle judiciary the injunction must be granted

The government must fall. Puffy Castro and his fellow WEF lackeys gotta go. It goes against everything the country allegedly stands for that the powers bestowed by a war powers law can be used against peaceful protesters who only have committed the unspeakable crime of pissing the government off

A detailed article breaking down what happened in Coutts. (Archive) Spoiler: it glows like the sun.

The RCMP said they recently became aware of a small organized group within those involved in the larger Coutts border protest. Alberta RCMP Supt. Roberta McKale said it’s believed the smaller group arrived within days of the initial group of protesters arriving at the border.

“The group was said to have a willingness to use force against the police if any attempts were made to disrupt the blockade,” RCMP said in a news release.

“This resulted in an immediate and complex investigation to determine the extent of the threat and criminal organization.”
A search warrant was executed early Monday morning on three trailers that RCMP allege were associated with the criminal organization.
Kenney added that if the federal government chose to invoke the act, he would respect the decision. In a separate news conference after the act was invoked, Kenney maintained that Alberta has the “legal tools and the operational resources we need to ensure law and order.”

“I know the blockade at Coutts has been frustrating (and) has gone on for too long, but today we were able to reveal why there’s been a relatively light touch in enforcement for much of that period, due to the investigation that was undertaken regarding this potentially violent cell and the RCMP’s need to prepare its tactical operation to remove that potential violent threat before they could proceed with more conventional enforcement against the blockade,” he said.

Also found an article with an update on some of the donation funding seizures. TDBank is the turbocucks who've rolled over for Trudeau and seized two large bank accounts with most of the GoFundMe money. (Archive)

Toronto-Dominion Bank has frozen two personal bank accounts into which $1.4 million (US$1.1 million) had been deposited to support protesters fighting the Canadian government’s pandemic measures, a bank spokesperson said on Saturday.
Canada’s other major banks did not immediately respond to emails asking if they were taking steps similar to TD.

The country’s anti-money-laundering agency told a parliamentary committee on Thursday that it has not seen a spike in suspicious transaction reporting from the banks in recent weeks.

This is what Trudeau though was so scary he needed to declare martial law to stop:

(A video of a protestor handing out roses to the cops and a trucker with his very young son -- forum is shitting itself and I can't get this one to upload right now.)

The Coutts situation is SO bizarre. They were aware of this "smaller group" early on but didn't do anything? This "group" went around talking about how they were willing to use force? And the RCMP just waited until the same day of the Emergency Measures Act being enacted? Definitely glows
