They're on the side of individual liberty and I'll always be on that side, even if I hated truckers for some reason.

If the situation were reversed and by some unholy miracle the soylord bugmen were the ones fighting against a tyrannical state, I'd side with them as well (albeit more hesitantly).

Who cares. If being an asshole makes you a better trucker, I would 100% accept that because having food on the table outweighs whatever goes in their personal lives. They have their place, and that's all there is to it.
