Trudeau obviously did not order 10x more vaccines than needed. None of them are "needed." The intent was almost certainly to administer them all as periodic booster shots. If you look at the data about rapidly declining efficacy, and this was reflected in early public health commentary about booster schedules, the intent was probably to do a quarterly booster shot, in other words to boost every three months. Beyond about three months, you start getting efficacy that is so low that one might as well not be vaccinated at all, and eventually if you wait long enough, efficacy actually goes substantially negative versus an unvaccinated person.I find it hard to believe that Trudeau ordered 10x the necessary amount of vaccines by accident. The Liberal government was definitely gonna try to ride out the pandemic for as long as it was profitable, and socially-engineering a docile populace with a paper trail of medical records to be set as a digital ID precedent was icing on the cake.
They floated the idea of frequent boosters, but the PR people must have realized that would be unacceptable to the vast majority of people, and compliance would be too low. As a result, they are now beginning to talk about an annual booster as a compromise, which is the worst of both worlds in terms of both being a big gay subscription model funneling money to Big Pharma, while also not even working anymore after a couple months. Maybe they intentionally are making that compromise so that the long out-of-date vaccines make more people (what percentage of the population are vaxcucks? like ~85%?) immunocompromised for 8-10 months of the year, which is further justification for further lockdowns, masking, vaccines, vaccine passports, and so on. Medical tyranny as both the cause and cure, a vicious circle (which just so happens to make Pfizer et al billions of dollars).
