I know sometimes in university you get lucky and get to do a paper on something that's essentially an internet hobby for you (I once did a paper on fundies for a class on deviancy, for example, but it was super specific shit and not a general overview), but you do not get the chance to do a paper on Chris Chan that is also satisfied by doing a paper on Hitler. I really doubt that she's doing a project that would demand that broad spectrum of info Jodee is posting. Is it about propaganda and history or is it about his pathology?
