I last watched one of his streams back in 2015 where it was just him chilling and getting all achievements

He's still pretty much like this, at least the few times I tune in to watch him. He still chills and plays video games . This is the only time I've ever heard him say anything about "how it must be to work at AH as a woman" and it didn't bother me at all because he never gets "political" ever. That's nothing to get triggered at. He has lived in Austin since he was 23 (?), a change in mindset was bound to happen.

If he was like the other AH members that try to shove their political agenda down their viewers throats at any chance they get, then my opinion of him would change too, but this was just a one time comment that he never brought up again. The Ryan stuff from chat is kinda ridiculous though.

I last watched one of his streams back in 2015 where it was just him chilling and getting all achievements in the Kick-Ass game and seemed pretty decent. It's sad to see he's gotten like this, but I really shouldn't be surprised. His chat was also pretty cancerous and definitely have Twitter accounts, would say "yikes" anytime something "offensive" would happen or when Ray was talking about the wahmen of color thing. Oh and them spazzing out whenever Ryan was mentioned with "oh HIM", "Ewwww", "VOLDEMORT VOLDEMORT monkaS" was cringe as fuck.

Also @ 2:01:10 the chat was randomly getting into a hissy fit over seemingly nothing? With the jannies telling them to behave. Who would want to talk in a chat like this.

Meh, I don't like that he felt the need to make comment about his previous "offensive" jokes. However, gamers lean toward the screecher cancel side, especially gamers who prefer Ray's usual content. Single player, obscure and sometimes good games. Him apologizing is basically what he needs to do as a business, even if he does or does not believe it. It's like when McDonalds virtue signal accept Ray actually has more at risk.

I wonder how much of that was the initial boost he got when he first started streaming, and how many people still consistently watch and donate. I'm sure he also leverages his previous Funhaus fame to get in with bigger name full time streamers and mooch a bit from them.

You're right on the funhaus stuff since he started doing stuff with Lawrence. Not to mention Bruce was the glue that held that company together and once he left, there was no point anymore.

I watch ray regularly and the twitch chat is almost pointless besides the passing political comment. He keeps it pretty anti political. His wife is super into politics though she also rarely streams and tweets anything as far as I know

FH seems fairly aware that they're not as popular but just keep doing the videos, talking shit and just hanging out. A shadow of its former self, nothing more than a slowly deflating balloon.

Bruce was the glue that held that group together and once he was gone, it was all over. Then Adam had to be a gormless pervert and get fired, making things even worse. Then they redid their awesome Orange/Black logo to be that shite tier yellow/blue mess. Now, much like AH, they can barely if ever break 100K views. They get that EVEN LESS than AH these days. Probably worse in Funhaus' case since they don't have a BnB series like AH Does, not since Bruce left at least.

I'd bet Funhaus gets folded into LP sooner rather than later. I'd bet they made that stupid Achievement Island map or whatever its called to prep for another eventual big crunch down like when they folded all of RTs content onto the main channel.

Funhaus definitely. AH could turn things around if they moved Fiona, Ky, and that bunch to their own channel. You pitch it to Trevor as a brand new project that he can say he built up on his own so he also leaves and you can get a manager who actually understands how AH works. Go back to hiring from the community, tell Michael, Lindsay and Jack if they want to go on woke rants, they can have guest spots on Trevor's new channel, but to cut that shit on the AH videos and Off Topic. Boom, everyone comes back.

Funhaus on the other hand has lost everyone who could have fixed things.
