1. Vikki and Dean hate Testefy HD.
2. JDA was streaming with Testefy HD. Vikki and Dean now hate JDA.
3. I was streaming with Vikki and Dean now and then. They liked me.
4. I was also streaming with JDA, while Testefy was guest hosting. This bothered them.
5. Vikki and Dean did a video takedown of JDA for reason #2. It wasn't good.
6. JDA efapped the video takedown, and laughed at it. His efap was fun.
7. I said that JDA's efap was more persuasive than their takedown video. Vikki and Dean seethed.
8. I began to enjoy Testefy HD's toned down sense of humor, and his Liamology enthusiasm. I said so.
9. Preston's case against me was dismissed without prejudice for jurisdiction.
10. I pointed out here on KF that Dean was still fucked, and that Vikki still needs a lawyer.

And now we're here.

Yeah, that's what I want to hear about too. Not Ribbitcoin or Ethan's alleged egomania. If FROG is wrong on this, @VIkkiVerse should probably correct the record. As it stands, it seems that @FROG made an incredibly generous offer back in July to help Dean and Vikki get rid of this lolsuit and it was slapped down. Even though CG and anti-CG clearly don't get along, and they probably wouldn't piss on each other if they were on fire. That's a bombshell nobody here knew about until a few days ago, and he's got receipts. It doesn't speak to him being a "scumbag." Quite the contrary.

Back then, I donated $50, because at the time DA was getting along with comicsgate and all, and I wanted to help him against Preston. Since then, he's turned on CG, turned on me, and decided not to hire a lawyer.

I might be wrong, others are free to explain their situation with Dean. But it appears the schism began to happen due to Testefy cranking up the bullshit, culminating in his grand effort to frame @Stupendus as a pedophile due to his association with Poulter. Some drama ensued after, and friendships were strained and/or broken. From what I've observed over the past several months, there were those that decided to keep Randall's cock in their mouth - Nasser and JDA was among them.

I can say for certain that was the issue with JDA, and then JDA did his usual faggotry when he gets harped on or mocked - cries SJW/War Campaign while he furiously flails his arms as his vagina leaks.

For a bit of context, "Saggy Melonz" was formerly known as "Reibear" and was involved on the social media side of Weeb Wars (on the KickVic side, no less. It dawned on her that the KickVic side was just as retarded as the ISWV speds she made fun of and left). She and Dean connected after conversations with him about the talking points presented by both sides.

Again, I was in a Discord call when she was closing it out and getting ready to send the money to Dean. Dean seemed receptive and ready to take the money

Obviously, I have no proof to share of that specifically because it was VC, but here's a cap from my bank statement to prove I donated back on October 7th (posted on the 12th):

There's no corresponding refund on my bank statement, so the money went somewhere.

Saggy had/has a troll account on the Farms, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is. Maybe she'll see this and chime in.

This person could have run off with the money for all we know.

Preston's been lurking for a while. He posts screen shots occasionally on his twitter. We had some back and forth about where Vikki resided. I didn't think we'd see her again after she defaulted, but she returned, unlike Spectre, while Preston's been gone even longer.

How is Preston not the bad guy? His former friends said something he didn't like, and he sued them because their comments allegedly resulted in Kickstarter rejecting John Lamont's Angel of Darkness and essentially booting him from their platform. John funded that comic on Kickstarter a few months after the lawsuit was filed, along with another. So their statements didn't cause the damage he claims it did. Their lives weren't ruined, but Preston seems hell bent on ruining theirs. He's willing to lie about where Vikki lives so he can get a default judgment even when there's a clip of him acknowledging that she doesn't live there. Add in his attempt to take comicsgate for himself, years after the fact, and you get a comic book villain.

I almost forgot about the criminal charges he wanted against people who brought up his "private" career as a porn star, which he discussed on the fetish site he would later use to shill his comics, while still also selling the videos of his sex acts/acting, and keeping others available to watch on his PornHub, all of which was discussed on his podcast, whose copyright owner is the same one he used when trying to take comicsgate, that he also uses to publish his comics. He gets to talk about that, but wants to jail anyone else that does. The oral sex chairs he manufactures are sold on the same ebay account he lists his comics as well. Dean and Vikki probably never thought they'd be in the position they are now. They were having so much fun with Preston talking about the charges that would be filed against Ethan. Anyone associated with Preston should be legitimately concerned that they'll be next.
