CAIS men don't have a uterus, and if they develop a vagina, it's a blind pocket. They cannot carry a child to term. The scenario you described is not possible.

CAIS individuals do not have uteruses. You're probably thinking of Swyer syndrome, another XY female disorder.

They have streak gonads, not ovaries, but can still get pregnant via IVF.

This is why picking any one single facet to sex people by is silly. It leads to absurd results like men with vaginas or women with penises. (real vaginas or penises, not the surgically created messes they're putting on trans people)

Medicine is capable of sussing out these issues. Just keep the shrinks out of the process.

That's Swyer syndrome, not CAIS.

There has been a case of unassisted pregnancy in one woman with XY gonadal dysgenesis, who had a predominantly 46,XY Karyotype - a 46,XY karyotype in peripheral lymphocytes, mosaicism in cultured skin fibroblasts (80% 46,XY and 20% 45,X) and a predominantly 46,XY karyotype in the ovary (93% 46,XY and 6% 45,X) - who gave birth to a 46,XY female with complete gonadal dysgenesis. A woman with a uterus and ovaries but without female gamete is able to become pregnant by implantation of another woman's fertilized egg (embryo transfer).

It's because the troons have glommed onto the intersex thing and like to claim it for some reason (like why do you need to claim intersex if you're SUPER PROUD to be trans?), even though most intersex people do not want to be associated with the transgender movement. It would be nice if we could leave the actual intersex people out of the trans discussion, but when you have absurd people like Ripley Storm and Stephanie Cianfriglia claiming to be intersex and trans when they actually (as far as we can believe pathological liars) have mild DSDs and conform to their karotype and phenotype, that's when intersex get dragged in and people like Exulansic start sperging. And the few actual intersex people validating the delusional troons don't help either.

This isn't entirely accurate either. When she started going off the rails with medical sperging she was asked what her qualifications were and then stated she was a speech pathologist.

She didn't hide that she was a SLP but she is trying to portray a medical knowledge she does not have. She is very well Googled tho.

When was this above set of interactions? Because my point is that her second TT channel, which mostly features linguistic content, predates her YouTube channel and any other non-TikTok platforms by many months and, on it, she openly stated she was a SLP in both her bio and in video responses. She also mentioned this numerous times on videos on her first account, which is now long since banned.

OK, so I can definitely confirm it was made public that she was an SLP prior to her YT channel even existing. That said, I am not defending how she handled public perception of her credentials/lack thereof, as I can totally buy that she tried to let people assume/even promote the notion that she was a medical professional in the sense that a doctor or a nurse practitioner is.

Regarding her transition, I live in the same geographic region as her (the Bay Area) and am in the same age group (30-36). I know plenty of people who attended Cal concurrently with her and I have confirmed with a number of people who know/knew her personally at that time that she identified as male and was investigating GRS/SRS options. I am trying to see if I can find video of some of the events she attended/chaired as a student, as they will confirm her self-identity.

no need to really deal with the fact this is an obviously isolated and mentally ill women having difficulty with being unfairly censored and attacked and she’s not neurotypical enough to handle it in a balanced or reasonable way when we can just call her ugly and crazy after all.
