Chief difference between Canada and the US is that US made restrictions up to the individual states and as such, only blue strongholds went full re-tar dead and locked everything down. But in Canada, BlackfacedHitler locked down the entire country and kept doubling down.
For Biden, it means he and the DNC can slow walk getting rid of the Covid restrictions in blue states since the red and purple states have already gotten rid of them.
Trudeau's going full Blackfaced Hitler because he won't budge an inch on removing ANY of his restrictions and worse, is taking orders from the WEF to turn Canada into a full-on dystopia that will be imported to other countries once they finish crushing the spirit and will of the poor trapped masses.
Biden also has the SOTU to basically call everything off and if the blue states won't budge in defiance, he can take solace that those are strongholds that will keep voting blue and could even help him flip red states as residents flee for purple and red state sanctuaries.

DAMN Vancouver secretly has a lot more based people than I would have expected. Calgary coming in second, very nice.

For everyone simping for cops in this thread, I'd recommend you make friends with a few. I have a couple of cop friends, and that has completely dissuaded me from thinking they'd ever be likely to stop following orders at any given moment.
The most right wing, fedposting buddy I have is a police, in a deep red county and he still said that when it comes down to it, he and his coworkers wouldn't be willing to end their careers over this shit, and it's stupid for the good guys to expect them to. He also said that when the cops say it's time to go home, you go home.
Just wanted to make sure those of you who lacked that perspective got it.

I think anyone who still thinks these cops can be persuaded to do the right thing needs to watch a couple streams from when the protesters are right in their face:
They look guilty af. But these same cops came back the next day, and they didn't look so conflicted anymore.
Or this one, where the cops were giving hugs (for some reason lol) and got reprimanded:

There are some public health resources available for mental health but I always describe Canada's public assistance/social security/safety net policies to only be for those already in a crisis. I.e. if you are suicidal, you can go to the hospital and stay in the psych ward and get medicated and get put on a 12+ month waiting list for free therapy that lasts 2-12 sessions based on their determination of the severity of your case, and then you're referred out to other waiting lists or you're on your own. Generally these options are only available up front if you attempt suicide and are taken to hospital. Other social assistance services like housing, monetary benefits, and doctors are only available to those in the worst of situations. There is no interest in saving someone from falling through the cracks, but all of these so-called virtuous policies are designed to dig people out of the bottom of the cracks. The lowest of the low have by and large made their decision or are stuck in their ways. There are people who have been on the street so damn long that they can no longer sleep in a bed. The same way you can't go outside and sleep on a busy, wet sidewalk right now and would instantly go running for a bed? That's how these people feel about beds and warm, private rooms. Why should our focus be on those who will not change when we can save people from reaching that point in the first place? The people who haven't quite reached crisis but can see it coming will have the fastest return on the investment made. I'm rambling now but I think I made my point. If you aren't already helpless, help isn't coming. Telling someone who's suicidal to 'hang in there' while insinuating they're a nazi is a spitting in their face.

I'll second this. When I was in the military, I would have most likely gone along with whatever the absolute faggots in charge of me said because I knew they'd make my life an absolute living hell if I didn't comply, and I was one of the more rebellious types. These absolutely disgusting creatures which have authority within secular democracies know full well the power they wield and they know full well that people beneath them will obey them out of fear.
