What are you playing right now?

A (heavily) modded version of Halo Combat Evolved for PC. I got back into it after I found the disc lying around.

and to believe this is the same engine from all those years ago!

I bought Undertale to see what all the spergery was about. I'm only halfway in playing blind and I already regret half the choices I made in that game. I don't think a game has provoked as much thought and emotion in me as this one, though I don't want to post spoilers.

Started up SMT: Devil Survivor: Overclocked a few days ago. Pretty enjoyable so far.

I have since beaten DDS1 and moved on to the second part.

Hard mode ensures that anything but perfect prep work can result in fucking annihilation. Stupid Tribvhana and their combo attack...

I've seem to have Forsaken Fallout 4 for a true Post Apoc survival game.

Playing the wonderful game of "which of my 60+ KSP mods is the one breaking the framerate in spaceplanes".

Spent time playing it as a scrub via debug. Even with an OP character I made from debug, the smoker zombies are annoying as all hell.

I find scavenging is part of the fun, really though i dont mind throwing a few starter points extra on character creation in while playing with Skill to perks 2 mod. also just get a gasmask then beat the shit out of those things with whatever melee you have.

That is one thing I was lucky with, getting a gas mask from a survivor zombie. It made killing smokers much easier. One thing I will do though is reduce the city counter to a more balanced number like 7 so I don't have to deal with hordes of undead everywhere.

A high city counter is good, honestly, theres a seperate counter for spawns which you can lower.

Dragon Quest Heroes with Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold on the side. It had to happen eventually, and it finally has.

I picked up Guitar Hero live while it was on sale and it's actually really fun.
The controller for this one is different and it makes it more challenging.
The GHTV it's got going on is buggy as fuck and super hard to navigate though. And it gave me a 2GS achievement and I'm fucking annoyed by it.

I've also been getting all the collectables in Rise of the Tomb Raider. Good game, too short.

Lately, I have been trying my hand at emulation on old PC-Engine and MSX 2 games such as War of the Dead and Dead of the Brain. If I knew moonspeak for the latter, I'd understand more of the story besides your old man scientist friend tripping and accidentally making the dead rise as you and the old man try to outrun a cop that was brought back as a zombie.

I'm currently playing Shovel Knight's expansion pack. I'm doing two campaigns, one as Shovel Knight in the game plus mode and a second one as Plague Knight. I'm also trying to finish the various chellanges that came with the expansion pack.

Kerbal Space Program with a litany of Realism Mods.

SETI: Among other things makes unmanned psacfelight the first step.
Remote Tech: Probes must maintain radio contact with the main base, realistic command delay. First order of business is to put 3 sats in triangular orbit.
USI Life Support: kerbals need supplies, if not they go inactive or die depending on what setting you chose. I chose to make them die
Deep Freeze: Allows Cryoing Kerbals for super long hauls.
Kerbal Construction Time: Ships take time to build
RealChute: Parachutes are more realistic, may actually make things easier in certain cases.
Stage Recovery: Allows deorbiting debris to be recovered instead of despawned if prerequisites (chutes, heatshields, etc) are met, without having to force physics simulation of them, important for money.
Final Frontier: Tracks what Kerbals did and gives them award ribbons, which is more fluff htan anything but w/e
RasterPropMonitor: Allows you to actually do spaceflight from cockpit view by adding glass displays to the ship, like so (webM file).

For those in the know, the reason I don't use Ferram Air Mod is it lags like a bitch. I do use his joint mod that prevents loading explosions in game breakingly designed ships.

So yeah, should be fun, or a complete disaster. But at least a Mun Landing will be an accomplishment again.
