He's a guy who wouldn't stop tapping the fucking glass despite being asked many times, DMed Boogie's family and now keeps inserting himself into the legal proceedings by apparently emailing the prosecution. He's not the smartest guy though, he was using accounts with personal details attached to interact with Boogie on social media, so Boogie has his dox info.
