He streamed himself putting it together and he broke something on his ssd, then tried fixing it and fucked up cloning the old ssd to the new one. its been a 3.5k paperweight ever since. I think he just needs to do a clean install of windows, but he thinks its a ram issue, which i doubt, and hes gonna buy more ram and throw even more money at it
