There's always numerous retards that come to the site and want to feel a sense of justice by taking down some of the cows that grift in some manner like boogie's facade of being nice. They get it in their head that if they get directly involved with cows by getting them to confess or some other means of exposure they'll feel a sense of justice was done and they want the asspats for it.
Many can't wrap their head around it like you have. Notice how he says "dedicated kiwi" to mean harassing boogie. As if doing that will somehow work out.
