Putin isn't blueballing you. CNN is. Read "The Gulf War Will Not Take Place" by Jean Baudrilliard. It explains what non-war is. The closest thing the world has had to a real war since 1945 was the Iran-Iraq war. Everything else was either an insurgency or lopsided massacre. Back in Desert Storm, there was blueballing for almost a year, and even then, the media reporting was not a reflection of what actually took place.

Putin knows that CNN will blueball everyone, and he is using it to his advantage because it makes Biden look so fucking weak it's ridiculous. Vlad doesn't want Kiev. He only wants the Russian speaking parts of the country. He knows he can't take the Ukrainian speaking parts because it'll piss off NATO too much and nukes will fly. He also doesn't want the Ukranian parts because he knows how expensive it is to invade a country populated by people who don't want your military to occupy their land.
