How could a man know what being a woman "feels like," unless he had some idea of what being a woman is like that has nothing to do with biology? These guys aren't claiming to know what it feels like to have a uterus - likewise, none of these girls are out here claiming that they "feel like" a dude because they've got a phantom prostate. They believe that women and men are the gender roles and stereotypes assigned to them, and furthermore they believe that those roles and stereotypes are the only meaningful part of being a man or a woman - which is why they believe that biology has nothing to do with being a man or a woman, because it's all about gender roles and stereotypes.

(Of course, usually a lot of these gender roles and stereotypes the adult transitioners believe in are colored by the porn they excessively consume - see: men who believe they're "women" because they want to be sexually submissive or be "50s housewives", women who believe they're "men" because they want to act out their yaoi fanfiction fantasies, etc.)

That's why kids are being transitioned the second they behave in a gender non-conforming way these days. There are parents of "trans-identified" kids who openly admit to transitioning them because they stepped outside of gender norms - "my son liked pink and wanted to wear his sister's princess dress when he was four, so we knew he was a girl inside," they coo, or, "my daughter was always playing rough and loved playing sports with the boys, I should have known earlier that she was really my son."

In large part due to trans activism and its regressive ideas of gender, gender roles are stricter than they've been in decades now. Children who step "out of line" are hastily transitioned, and adults who do it start being groomed into transitioning immediately - if you've got any butch lesbian friends, ask them how many times they've been asked what their pronouns are, when everybody obviously knew they were a woman ten years ago.
