LRADs don't cause burns, that's from a directed energy weapon that emits microwaves which (in theory) should not penetrate beyond the skin layer. If you see an LRAD, get some decent ear protection, try to put something like a thick blanket between you an the LRAD. No advice for dealing with DEWs other than get out of the way.

I'd say now is a great time to be giving them a heads up in carefully worded communication that a southern vacation may be in order in the event of utter tyrannical chaos. There is no shame in fleeing, regrouping, and having a plan to get your livelihoods back from outside of the Gulag.

I've agreed to supply my friends with needed amenities and necessities if required, I can cross the border at any time I want with minimal interference from authorities.

From what was said at conclusion of discussion today, I believe debate is still ongoing. They'll resume discussion tomorrow but no guarantee of a vote.

I'm not sure if there's any stipulation on how long the debate can last, but once it's formally concluded they must vote the following day (or maybe 2 days later, the wording in the act is weird).
