The bones were broken in service, and did not heal properly, leading to problems. His explanation was not very easy to follow and comes off how you describe. I think David doesn't really follow it either and added to the confusion.

Canadian army people are not like American, and additionally, everyone's dressing for "extended periods in -20C weather", which means proper uniform is not feasible. That is COLD. The annoying girl on stream last night ceaselessly yelling "FREEDOM" at the top of her lungs was probably a bit intoxicated and was enjoying how the exertion warmed her. Cold does weird things when people are messed up.

I don't feel relieved at all. Because the people who don't want to see still refuse to see it. I'm starting to think they are so far lost that whilst being literally beaten by a cop they would be working on the mental gymnastics to justify it. Like holy fuck Trudy paraphrases Hitler and then brutalizes peaceful protestors while confiscating the property of anyone who even smiles at a trucker. To be apathetic or even supportive of the regime is actually insane if you aren't a psychopath.

I think he's referring to his military injuries, that those were ones that put him on disability originally. And other vets were wearing the medals the same way. Other than that I can't say if he's telling the truth or not, I remember hearing someone say there was some sort of like.... blog or something that tracked stolen valor and fake medals that had talked about the vets in Ottawa and said they* were legit, I should see if I can dig it up

*as in the ones the person had looked at, dunno about this specific guy

It sounds like he corrected himself by stating it was past-tense, as in he previously had those injuries but they were still lingering despite being healed up. So the cops probably didn't even acknowledge it before roughing him up.

Yeah this, he didn't tell the story very well, I think it's traumatic considering his dad(?) had to explain it on his behalf.

I agree it's normal. But if you're a woman of wealth, you can afford to get various treatments to remove it or severely lessen it. She looks very dumpy and not put together for someone who's a well connected politician.
