Just to expand on this, I don't remember LRADs being used for serious crowd control purposes very often if at all in what I saw during the Floyd Riots, they were usually used for impotently telling rioters to disperse or risk arrest from longer distances.

What we tended to hear during those riots and what they will be and are using them like in Canada are two different beasts.

The swastika is undeniably a hate symbol and therefore illegal anyways as it's not protected under freedom of expression, and the Confederate flag, while it is a reach, is largely viewed as a hate symbol and would be illegal anyway.
