On the off chance we manage to right this ship, I can't even imagine the damage that's been done to the legitimacy of the scientific method and authentic scientists.

With any luck it'll push people to be more distrusting of science, which is exactly what the scientific community needs. Science thrives on adversarialism, the more people saying "fuck you, show me the proof faggot" the better.

I highly doubt he got the mRNA injection at all. If he actually did, it would have been ASAP in the sense of urgency of protecting a head of state, anything on camera or for photo ops would be saline/placebo.
