I don't agree with these fuckers or what they're saying or doing, but I'm still more surprised than I should be at a fucking cuck like Trudeau going full jackboot. These are protests. There's some illegal shit, most of which is just blocking traffic and honking a lot. I can definitely see shutting it down.
But some shit is too far. They're seizing some of their trucks. While you shouldn't use property you need to make your living to commit crimes with, even minor ones, because the government can then seize it, losing your entire livelihood for just being annoying is too harsh.
Blocking traffic and noise pollution is definitely assholery of some sort but it isn't "terrorism" or that term has become completely meaningless. Protests are nearly never congenial. And this kind of jackboots shit is what gets you actual terrorism down the road, sort of like the Waco and Randy Weaver chickens came home to roost eventually.
When you have people this genuinely angry, whether or not you think they're stupid, doing shit that stokes their resentment even further isn't a good idea. Even at its ugliest, this kind of shit is a pressure release valve society needs.
Instead, this thug is going for pure authoritarianism.
Also these lockdowns have to end at some point. We can't just wreck the economy forever for an increasingly irrelevant virus.
