you are one man
your enemy is a propaganda machine that has hundreds of thousands of full time professional employees, a billion dollar budget, and the backing of all major western governments
this enemy has practiced, developed and perfected the art of indoctrinating people on a daily basis, for longer than you have even been alive. there is nothing you can do to win a propaganda war against this enemy, you are outgunned so hard it is straight up impossible

stop wasting your time and effort on trying to have conversations with the indoctrinated. it is not feasible. it is like trying to talk a scientology cult member into leaving the organisation, it is like trying to convince a jihadi suicide bomber that muhammad was a fraud and allah isn't real, all on your own. you will not succeed. you do not have the backing, the influence, the organisation, the resources necessary to deprogram people like that. you can not do it.

Faggot. Try anyway.

Pussycuck powers that be couldn't clear a bunch of boomers in trucks without invoking emergency powers to cooerce the public to cooperate, their conditioning clearly ain't that all-powerful. For every diehard bugman towing the party line there's 5 normalish retards on the fence just going with the flow. Earnest, one on one communication is all we have as individuals, would be some real nigger shit to not even try.

A trucker won a political seat in America on a few hundred dollars spent on donuts and gas. Stop using funding and backing as an excuse to give up.

I've been watching several normies get redpilled on this. Even my largely apolitical, mildly Trump opposed, midwest dwelling boomer mother was watching this before I told her about it. Her general reaction has been "wait the truckers r peaceful wft ru doin canada".

A political tectonic plate in the western world has shifted because of this. I don't think this is going to be another "nothing fucking happens, as usual". I don't know exactly WHAT will happen, or why or when or who, but something will happen.

To all the chronic failures and giver-uppers:

Your weak will is what got us here. I get that we've all been pushed down and our willpower is fleeting but now is not the time to let it go and declare this shit as over. It's far from it. In the eyes of many, this is the beginning, because finally "misinformation" and "unacceptable views" are at the forefront of society and it is laid bare for everyone to see what happens when you have an inappropriate opinion.

People are scared. Normies are scared. Leftists are questioning their position, or questioning the position of their government. The government no longer holds the torch of hope or the light at the end of the tunnel. We have the light. We are the hope.

If you start doomfagging now, you might as well go back to your bug pod and lay down and die. It's over for you. The rest of us are going to keep pushing back against the bullshit because we know that as the people, we cannot be governed unless we so choose, and I choose not to be governed by a tyrant.

This is the first step in a greater movement. This is the time to take heart. Sitting on the doorstep of parliament for 3 weeks unhindered is no small event. We have been heard around the world and we will not shut up until the tyranny ends.

For now and for forever, assume anyone giving up or telling you it's over is either weak spirited or trying to dishearten you.

i'm not saying that their indoctrination works on everybody. if it did, none of us would be here talking about any of this.
i'm saying that for the people it does work on, it works EXTREMELY well, so well that trying to argue them out of it is not something you can do on your own. you'll have better conversations with a brick wall than with a progressive true beliver.

not arguing for giving up and going LDAR mode, just pointing out that sperging out at people while spewing 'facts dont care about your feelings' tirades on whatsapp isn't going to get you anywhere with them. the time where talking our way out of the situation was an option is long gone.

Yeah, nobody can say that the truckers accomplished nothing. They successfully goaded Trudeau into turning Canada into an authoritarian shithole. Needless to say, that's not something that goes unnoticed, even if it goes largely unsaid out of fear of social ostracization and literal state oppression.

The truly brainwashed are simply not worth your effort. It's the same as trying to rehabilitate a family member who's been a lifelong career criminal and drug addict - sure, THEORETICALLY with enough time and money it might be possible, but is it REALLY worth it? Sometimes a piece of shit is just going to be a piece of shit, and even if redemption is possible, it's just not really worth caring.

This timeline just gets weirder and weirder. I might actually begin to believe that Harambe broke reality for real.

Take a step back for a moment and look at this: the very authoritarian state Trudeau has openly admired throughout his entire tenure as PM is telling him his actions are, pardon my French, a little much.

Yup. Both Uncle Ted and Yuri Bezmenov explain how futile it is.

The solution is to do the opposite: Find the people who agree with you most completely. Ally with them. Build a future with them. There is no future otherwise, and the people who don't believe will see your actions. That will do more to "convert" them than anything.

Thank God he resolved my situation from "churchless" to "meeting with brothers who also call out the Synagogue of Satan every Sunday, and coordinating with them to manage community stockpiles roughly weekly". This is the way. You can have "friends" who don't agree with you, but practically (per the oft-quoted Carl Schmitt) those who can't see the truth are not politically friends, they are political enemies, and you need to start treating them as such.

I've been fighting this battle since adulthood. Originally, I was just fighting for centrist-libertarian tolerance for my bigoted Dad. As I grew, I came to understand that he was right about almost everything, that I was taught better than practically anyone, and that the reactionary far-right position I was raised in was one of his biggest gifts to me. Making the choice to turn your back on the degenerates and focus with like-minded individuals on making the best future you can is hard, but right.

The past 6 months or so have been prime redpilling time. I sold a bunch of my team at work (pissed off one of the higher ups, but he ain't my boss so he can suck it) on the Rittenhouse case, they went from "oh my God, how could he be not guilty?" to "oh damn, the whole case really is a bit fucked" in the space of one evening of drinks. My parents are both strongly opposed to any talk of boosty bullshit and well and truly fucking done with restrictions.

People are waking up, cash in whatever goodwill you have with your friends and family now to get them to hear you out. Concede little things, maybe save the WEF and 'COVID is a bioweapon' stuff for later, but bombard them with the broader truth as much as you can with the evidence you have. The coof is not that bad, and the restrictions were worse. Almost a month of protests in Ottawa only saw their first physical injury once the jackboots hit the ground. Trudeau is Castro's son. Simple, easy things to prove.

This thread helps me stay positive, but honestly, things are looking bleak right now.

I knew that I couldn't trust the government, but I guess I didn't seriously consider the possibility of them doing something of this scale. This might be retarded, but I'm in my 20s and have only voted in 2 elections. I haven't seen anything close to this scale of mobilization this close to home. It doesn't help that Russia decided to pull the trigger on Ukraine, so that's another depressing moment.

I feel like I've had the rug pulled out from under me. The streets I used to walk are either empty, closed or full of police asking me what I'm doing. It's suffocating. At least when the lockdowns first happened I had hope it would only be two weeks, now I'm not sure if things will ever be the same again.

Sorry for the blackpill, everyone, but these are my honest thoughts. I can't really voice these thoughts or confide in anyone IRL, lest I get called a bigot.

@Skitzels That's the great thing about the Left, if any of their programs run long enough for its consequences to become obvious, they ditch it and pretend the Conservatives were doing it the whole time. It works because both parties ideologically "progress" fast enough that the underlying logic of a given program resembles more the Conservative than the Liberal platform by the time it's ditched. I notice that economic issues are the main exception to this, the left is so batshit on economics that they haven't made much headway since the 60s on these issues, except where they mesh with their pet social issues. You never see Cons trying to bring back price controls or nationalising companies.

I've been drinking alone for the past 6 hours and I don't even live in Canada. Shit is awful and terrifying.

That said, you'd be surprised what your friends will hear you out on. It took a lot out of me to start calling out the stupid shit that's been going on these past few months with my friends because I was worried they'd denounce me as a lunatic - they didn't. Most people just want to play along with the charade and get on with their lives, but deep down they are seething. Be the person to let them know you're seething too, then maybe together you can cope and dilate 🙃.

On a relevant, scientific side-note, look up Solomon Asch's conformity experiments. All it took for the subject to call out obvious bullshit was having ONE other person on their side in a room of a dozen liars. Be the one other person to the people you know.

The literal Communist Party of Canada is against the invoking of the Emergencies Act

They are totally against the truckers and protest, but even they can see the knock-on effects this has, lol.
🤡🌎
turns out the 'real communism' people still have two braincells to rub together, since they can see this will doom the left in the long run (even if not in Canada, then overseas since it's giving all the rest of us a clear heads up), whereas the 'real communism hasn't been tried!' people that call themselves liberal nowadays are just happy to stick their empty heads up their asses.

Stunning and brave leaf fags.
It's interesting as they let go the other organisers. Likely she's refused to comply with proposed bail conditions and so they've thrown the book at her.

This was standard during the lockdown protests here except they did it with public health orders as even Dan Andrews wasn't insane enough to declare martial law.

Arrest troublemakers on trumped up charges. What they're arrested for is irrelevant, some petty offense like not wearing a mask or being out after 10PM will do just fine.
These are non criminal offenses that carry small fines BUT unlike traffic violations the police can impose bail conditions. Make the conditions as onerous as possible and then either they get to keep them locked up in solitary until they comply or they sign the paperwork and the cops camp outside their house waiting for them to violate the terms.

Unless PM faggot face is intending to go full fash and make himself the dictator of all the Canadas this won't stand. They definitely won't want this to go to trial. Remember the process is the punishment. She'll be kept in protective solitary, she won't be allowed to communicate with anyone except her lawyer and so they keep her out of action until they decide she's no longer a threat. After that they'll downgrade the charges or just forget about the whole thing as even the most pozzed judge isn't going to throw someone in prison for protesting the government.

When I was reading your post this started playing in my head.
