This is the particularly exceptional thing. He's not necessarily sperging because they're acknowledging anatomy (in the sense of "prostate haver" or "sperm producer"), he's sperging because they're calling a penis a penis. Much like how TIFs sometimes insist on "front hole" (but don't seem to mind "cervix" or "uterus"), TIMs sometimes insist they don't have a penis/cock/dick but a "clitty" or "clit" or "girldick" (which apparently is different from "dick") and using the word penis is triggering their dysphoria and killing 9 gorillion trans women.

As a very online person, it's fun to note how 5-10 years ago "clitty" used to be a red flag that someone was a pedophile, and now it still is.

I am not being funny or trying to exaggerate. He is one of the ugliest people I have ever seen. I'll give him props for appearing hygienic and wearing fitting clothes, and his hair seems okay, and he's not wearing garish makeup. In those terms, he's miles ahead of lots of disgusting troons.

But still, something about him is so repulsive looking. I can't quite put my finger on it. Like he's the character you'd see in a horror movie or a jump scare in a video game. Every time I'm casually browsing this thread and I scroll past this guy's picture, I am always taken aback at how ugly he is. For once, I'm actually in favor of a troon getting FFS. I hope that it will at least make him appear more human looking.

Speedrunning is a hobby that tends to attract very autistic guys. It's somewhat niche and requires lots of practice and memorisation for something that technically has no real life rewards. Among this group of people you are likely going to see a disproportionate amount of programmer sock AGP troons because they were and are this exact type of autistic guy.
