I don’t think they’re thinking. What holds many of us back is our day jobs. If we have no way of working, all of a sudden we’d have a lot more free time on our hands. Do they really want to take a bunch of skilled labor out of the market, piss them off, and give them nothing else to do? It’s not like they have much left after that point.Wait. If they freeze a bunch of peoples bank accounts, why would they bother showing up to work? What happens if you take out hundreds or even thousands of people overnight, especially in the trucking industry? Wouldn’t that be counterproductive?
