Porn and Porncows

Her real name is Melissa Bulanhagui, a former figure skater who competed at US Nationals from 2005 to 2008 and again in 2010 and 2011. She attended the University of Delaware and skated out of Newark, Delaware with the Skating Club of Wilmington. Her highest placement at senior nationals was 8th in 2008. She also captured regional titles in 2006 as a junior and 2010 as a senior.

In 2012, she competed for the Philippines and won their national ladies’ championship two years in a row (2012, 2013). She would also win bronze at the 2013 Asian Open Trophy (shown above) and competed at two Four Continents Championships, finishing 15th in 2015. That year, Melissa would retire from competitive figure skating.

Dissatisfied with where she was at, when an old friend said he was going to California, she went with him. Looking for work she could do remotely; Melissa became frustrated and decided to watch some porn to relax.

She said: “Then I came across webcamming. I started watching documentaries on them and so I tried it and I made like $200.”

Melissa now shoots with Pornhub. “I was able to make cash that night, so I just started doing it. I told my roommate and he was so supportive.”

Wanting to take control of her situation, she began to make her own content.

She said: “I wanted to grow my career a little bit more, and then I got an offer from Reality Kings on their new channel called ‘true amateurs’ and I shot three scenes for them.” Her roommate, porn star producer, director and performer Jackie Knight is also in porn.

Verona van de Leur – Voted Dutch Sportswoman of the Year in 2002, the decorated gymnast’s downward spiral began following an injury which curtailed her sporting aspirations.

After spending two years homeless and enduring a fractious legal battle with her father, Van de Leur hit rock bottom when she was imprisoned after being convicted of blackmail in 2011.

She says redemption came by working as a porn actress. “Actually I have no regrets because I was living on the streets … I would still do it, so I don’t have any regrets, not the way I did it, no,” she told CNN.

Melo Imai – Back in 2006, she represented Japan at the Winter Olympics in Turin as a snowboarder. The then 18-year old abandoned her dreams of Olympic glory for softcore porn after a brutal halfpipe wipeout at the Turin Games caused her to fall out of love with the sport.

Upon her return to Japan, she suffered public humiliation, with commenters calling her “a waste of tax money” and “a national embarrassment”. Imai supported herself over the years by working in bars, and soon became a hostess and then an escort, working three days at a sex parlor. She moved on to appearing in television programs as a ‘Tarento’ (or celebrities who regularly appear in mass media in Japan, especially as panelists on variety shows.) and as a nude model in pornographic magazines.

Imai returned to snowboarding in 2017, and won gold at the All Japan Snowboarding Championships in 2018.

Andrea Absolonová – Andrea was better known by her pseudo name, “Lea De Mae”. Born in Czechoslovakia, she was a member of the Czech high diving national team. She injured her spine in an accident diving from a 10m platform when she was training for the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.

She recovered from her injury, but did not qualify for the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Her problems persisted, so she retired from professional sports. After her career ended, she was persuaded by a photographer to pose nude and eventually decided to participate in the adult film industry.

She performed in 80 films in her porn career. In July, 2004, she was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Despite a medical fund set up for her in Prague by fans and fellow porn actors, she died later that year in December at the age of 27.

Lea Lexus – Born Laura Stan, Lexis’ gymnastics talents saw her become a five-time national champion for Romania, before she quit the sport due to injury at the age of just 14. “I had a double breakage in a muscle,” she said. “Recovery took six months.

After being out for half a year, I was mentally done with gymnastics.” She eventually found her way into porn which took her to America, where she is now one of the biggest names in the hardcore scene. According to IAFD.com, she’s starred in 688 films during a 13-year career.

She’s currently a Production Manager for Brazzers.

Renee Gracie, a 25-year old former Australian racing driver who in 2015 became the first full-time female competitor in V8 Supercars Dunlop Series in 14 years, has now shifted towards the porn industry, mainly because of her poor form and lack of funding in her racing career

Renee in a video on her official Instagram page explained why she decided to switch careers. She said that it's been a success.

“I've made a lot of money, it's not even been two months yet and I can probably confidently say that by the end of 2 months, I will be close to six digits. The money has been so good and it obviously made me do it longer and made me wanna make sure that I could be successful,” said Renee.

In a 10-minute long video, where Renee is talking about her past and present career choices, she said, “People think by being mean to me, it's gonna upset me or I am gonna care but it's not actually like that.”

Interesting little video I trip over today, Adriana Chechik discussing the permanent injuries she has suffered.

Back, neck and brain injuries, she's been pounded so hard in some scenes she's essentially been concussed.
Well this is sobering. Even if it raises the “don’t stick your dick in crazy” alarm.

That is essentially the same type of lasting injuries that pro wrestlers tend to suffer from.

gia derza is doing puke porn now.
fuck every idiot that says that porn is a legit way of life.

I wonder sometimes about the logical consistency of what people are willing to accept socially. Like if a girl did all sorts of depraved stuff in her youth and just never told you about it, what makes her different to the girl who did all the same things and someone was filming her? Does it make it better if she wasn't aware she was being recorded? Does amateur make it better than professional?

To be fair thats why the industry laughs at the idea of it being sex, its more like acrobatics vs walking or wrestling vs street fights. if you spend hours a day doing 99% of things people consider normal you'll suffer, i'm half deaf because i would rather die than not listen to music at work and while driving.

Plus before trying to care for these "people" you have to remember women like Chechik are literal or at the very least metaphorical orphans, if they were born before the last 100 years they'd be working the dangerous jobs we barely let people do today. like coal mining or street sweeping. in the USSR she'd be property of the state and be a soldier or spy. porn entertainers as a class are right there with grave diggers in terms of how far from human they are. There is no point in their lives where you could have "saved" them you'd have to go back to when their great-grandparents were teens and knock some sense into them to keep them from ending up at the bottom rung of society.

if porn didn't even exist they'd still be fucking up their bodies doing something else. like working on an oil rig. and their minds would still be so fucked up that they'd still be empty inside. there was generations of failure that lead to this, usually because their parents were so shitty they let them get molested, and the reason the parents are shit is because their parents were worse, and the reason their grandparents suck is because those people's parents were stupid enough to have fought for the allies in ww2. (semi-joking)

Speaking of bad parenting moves, gymnastics and dancing. Letting your child do those is really just one step away from letting them do pole dancing. We all know deep down no matter how artfully they perform, all that is is strengthening their muscles for when they're adults. all those gymnasts will be well known for their flexibility once they turn 18+. Its like the V-sit you did back during gym class, the chicks that maxxed that out probably are well known for their fucking today.

It is like asking what's better horse dung or cow dung. They are both shit.

I think porn is more like pro-wrestling. It's not real, it's a fake exhibition sport as we casually say watching Chris Bennoit gets spiked on his head for the thousandth time in a row. I don't think anyone in porn killed their children though, with the exception of that eastern european lady a year or two ago. If you want to know more about that then search threads started by Catparty in A&H.
