When they froze the accounts they did not send any kind of notification, documentation, or worst of all INSTRUCTION, on how they would get their BANK ACCOUNT, back. No idea who to call, no one to talk to, no plan. And it seems like (and they wanted this in writing from the representative) they literally took the names off the HACK, and gave that to the RCMP, and that is actually what the RCMP used. They were certain to get them to write that down, and you could tell they knew they were fucked.
