I think he will want Chernihiv and Sumy Oblasts as well. Landlock ukraine and a new, shorter border.

Lots of heavy artillery heading to the border. Not sure where this is from.

Interesting that all these videos of heavy artillery being moved in, none of them are modern. They're all 50-year old 2S1 and 2S3 SP howitzers and BM-21 rocket launchers. I wonder if this is because the number of more modern pieces are limited...or if they're using older vehicles so they can say that is wasn't the Russian armed forces using them, but the separatist forces using older captured/storaged Ukrainian weapons.

As much as it was fun to meme about Russia being based and Putin is a badass, when the chips are down in the event of a world war-esque scenario I gotta side with the Globohomo on this one because:
A) I happen to live in a nation that is part of the Globohomo.
B) I am not a Russian or Chinese citizen.

Nothing personal China and Russia.

Why use shit that may work when you have stuff you know will work because your grandpapa was using it in ww2

they still shoot just fine despite being so old. seems like most of the modern SPG's are in Belarus.

Even if the Russian infantry is somehow a gigantic mess, that is not what matters today air force is everything. That is how the Russians defeated Georgia so quickly
Air forces or self propelled artillery cannot hold territory, it's young, scrawny men in their ill fitting uniforms, smoking and perhaps drinking a bit. Airpower and artillery strikes, and can create a fear in an opponent, but it doesn't hold territory.

Jokes on ya'll with gasprices spiking maybe it will drive down the cost of buying a used WRX
You wish, also I've never seen $4 regular in the south before... damn it all to hell

You know Ukraine has had a really tough time economically this past decade. I've spoken to Ukrainians working abroad recently and they're all desperate to get out, not over the Russian bullying but just in general, it's not new. I know people that went to Poland to work and shit like that. Russia isn't great but apparently it's doing better than Ukraine, again based on reports from various areas. Russians living in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and even Sevastopol have been doing alright these past years (by their standards). In Ukraine even going to Kiev to find work isn't enough.

Because of that I wonder how much resistance the average Ukrainian has to the Russian yoke. If Russia manages to share some of it's meager wealth it could really pacify long term resistance.

Okay, tattoo of a reverse swastika superimposed on a confederate flag with a snake gripping a flag that says MAGA.

People in here have gone insane since that orange retard lost. Now it's all "preserve white purity" and "faggots are made by social media"-tinfoilposts.
Lol reddit fag detected.

Morale holds territory. Ukrainian people don't care to fight for Zelensky, they'll be glad to see Russians get rid of the corrupt local government that has imposed on them for the last 7-8 years. Expect to see entire divisions of the Ukrainian army deserting or switching sides. Nobody gives a shit about the Ukrainian identity when you can't feed your family.
