Wow. I'm not surprised in any way whatsoever.

From the sound of things, Rushia turned a molehill into a mountain entirely through her own actions. I believe it wasn't her fault when things started, but I completely believe that she exacerbated the situation immediately and with great force. You don't have to be a genius to understand that she is a very emotionally fragile girl who tends to mildly overreact to even the smallest of things. After two years and seven months, she should have known better.

Maybe she would've been Graduated anyway. But Coco shows that an amicable separation and smooth transition to solo activity is completely possible and reasonable. But it seems like she just couldn't shut the fuck up and properly leverage her incredibly advantageous situation while she had the chance. Now everyone loses.

I'm sympathetic, but not very much so. I hope she goes on to have a great career and a great life. But this really, really feels like a 'it's your fault, darling' moment.

Honestly, this timeline and explanation seem like the most likely reason behind all of this. It'll be interesting to see in the next few weeks if any more major information about this situation leaks. Especially if Rushia already had loose lips.

Rushia was one of the few I actually enjoyed watching and the fact that they're probably going to delete all her VODs is discouraging. I remember some streamers I used to watch a few years back getting sacked caused me to lose interest in some games I used to play.

If you have a coworker who is acting up and being retarded and they get fired you really can't react much other than "its a shame it got to this, that was unfortunate".

Some of the girls seem to be reacting strongly to the news making me think that they were not aware of it and it has caught them by surprise. Others are just tweeting a generic PR statement of "this sucks and we are shocked but please keep supporting us".

Doubt that whatever she leaked was anything too spicy but she seems to have leaked at least confirmation that she was Rushia to the Korekore dude all to try to cover her ass over some dumb drama. As a company, you can't have someone willingly leak personal information or the information of their coworkers because they need to cover their ass over some dumb drama. It is a huge liability to have someone like that. As for some of the girls being somewhat cold over the whole situation, it may be 1 of 2 things:

1. They fear if they are too outspoken management will crack down on them (taking away their Golden Ticket)
2. They understand the situation and they trust Cover and their actions.

Kiara is similar in a way. She can't keep her mouth shut. In a way im a bit interested to see what she says when she learns about this in a few minutes/hours once she wakes up. Also NA is way more outspoken than JP from a cultural point of view.

Let’s be real, she made them millions. They would ban her for no reason. And besides the Kore stuff it’s unlikely anything we know is part of it.
My speculation is since she and mafu were/are dating she might’ve felt comfortable sharing information she shouldn’t have.

So as for reactions to graduations/terminations, we have the following to draw from: Hitomi Chris (unpersoned, terminated, until now the only example of a Holo termination), Mano Aloe (graduated), CN branch (unpersoned, graduated), Jitomi Manoe (unpersoned, terminated), Kiryu Coco (graduated with full honors), Suzuhara Lulu (graduated).

For Aloe and Coco, the reaction(s) from their genmates and others were emotional - sadness, regret, etc.
For Chris, CN, basically ignored. Persona non gratas. What appears to be the case with Rushia here.

I don’t watch Nijis, so I couldn’t tell you about the livers’ reaction to Lulu leaving, but Manoe was terminated immediately almost exactly like Rushia was, only the reaction from the other two was emotionally charged. Meaning that yes, she fucked up horribly in some manner, but also that the decision wasn’t exactly accepted by her genmates.

That Flare and Fubuki aren’t in tears about Rushia? That tells me she’s not something they’re going to lose sleep over.

I'm honestly agree with this, it really felt that if Rushia had only shut up about this and taken a couple weeks break, this would had been a nothin burger but she just couldn't look away a felt she needed to clear her name and ended fucking everthing up
