The other interesting thing about invoking the emergencies act for the first time is the lawyers and courts are now going to fight out what parts of the law are charter-compliant, and I bet the end result is less than the fascists would like.
Ottawa won’t be able to summarily sell people’s trucks, there is a process for that sort of thing and unless the truckers don’t pay their towing fees or something they will get their trucks back.
Ontario just yanked a bunch of business licenses and license plates, without the EA I’m not sure how much of that will stand either since there has been no process there either.
I used to work in finance and the auto industry, let’s just say I never saw any normal processes that worked that fast with essentially no paperwork.

If you work hard or have a hard life, you're used to overcoming problems. An obstacle or blockage is just another inconvenient thing you have to deal with; shrug your shoulders, no big deal, get it done. Why cry about it?
If you coasted through life with no challenge beyond memorizing dates for your multiple choice exams, with no stress beyond remembering your friends' pronouns, then any tiny little inconvenience is a Big Deal to you. Maybe you try to solve it, but there are things you can't solve, and maybe you never learned to work around problems. The sudden loss of control in your life, and the rapid onset of unexpected inconvenience, is a bigger shock to your system. Now social media lowers the barriers to cry about it, and broadens the audience who might be sympathetic to your pathetic whining.
Always remember that the "loudest voices" are completely silent and impotent once you take away their 5G Internet access.
Or you could drive your truck in front of their window and HONK, show them what actual loud complaints sound like.

Believe Putin is laughing at this, just as we are. It's now been shown the ONLY people Trudeau will get tough with are his fellow Canadians, same as Joey here in the USA. Don 't sweat a draft. Rinse and fuckin repeat. Glad the Western provinces got their Cuckservative leaders to comply a little bit with lifting the restrictions, but I just find it morbidly funny that the province that was home to the two most impactful protests (Ottawa and Windsor/Ambassador Bridge) refused to lift any of the restrictions, then the second the protest is quashed, the state-party newspapers go back to whipping up fear and justifications on why the restrictions can't actually be lifted.
Quebec might have had a curfew, but people forget that Doug Ford put forth a law preventing people from travelling "too far" from their homes, and only took the law away because all the police forces in Ontario came out and said they'd refuse to enforce it. Doug Ford also proposed a curfew for Ontario, and only walked it back when it started to poll badly. Doug Ford is a massive tyrant, and is controlled opposition for the drones of Ontario to blame. Look at the Ottawa cuck that freaked on video, he's ranting about Doug Ford because "blue team bad", despite Doug Ford literally doing everything the Liberal Party told him to do, and more.

I think Quebec did similar. It's actually amazing how Quebec and Ontario have been trying to out tyrant each other, and they're both led by "conservative" governments. It's genuinely pathetic. Quebec police were also very enforcement happy because hey, free money to them.
Also I'm fucking tired of these variants. It's a never ending song that hopefully a lot of Canadians are waking up to.

This reminds me of the Red Tails, a group of all-black US fighter pilots who fought in WW2. Expectedly, they were noticeably outperformed by US White pilots based on kill-to-death ratios. What's more unfortunate is that even though the Red Tails were facing drafted Germans with shorter piloting experience, poor fuel and inferior aircraft, they were still getting wrecked by them.
