It doesn't have to be that complicated. Sabrina could take the kids out for the day if Sammy showed up. Take them to the park, take them swimming at the Y, go see a matinee. Anything to get out of the house for a few hours. The next time, it's Ma's turn, and Sabrina can stay home to deal with Sammie.

If the kids aren't there to feed her ego, I don't see Sammie sticking around the house for very long.

I dont think anyone hates her, we have no idea how involved she really is with the kids. She lives at home so she should be interacting with them. I think she has type 1? Not sure. But it has to be worse with crashing. I never see her talk or care about it. Any mom who is diabetic and pregnant get serious because it can cause issues not just in size but babies heart. I have a friend with type 1 and they monitor babies heart.

For someone with so many miscarriages and trouble getting pregnant youd think shed care more. And doctors dont play with diabetes and stuff I'm sure she gets serious talks at the doctor.
