I can't even fathom the sheer amount of blackmail-worthy material that is held in Ukraine, which is probably yet another reason Putin has for going all-in like he has.
Yeah I have a feeling Putin's going to reveal every single dirt including stuff with Hunter. Would be funny if their's alot of evidence of voter fraud form the US 2020 election downthere somewhere's.

why do we pretend to have casus beli anymore?
it's nice, i take
Because it prevents the worst. a Casus belli provides a reason to go to war, both legitimizing it to your public (Not really a need for Russia) and preventing other countries from getting too worried they start considering preemptive wars against you. It's why Russia didn't just march right in through all of Ukraine when it to Crimea. The rest of the world condemned them and kvetched a lot, but didn't unite to attack them because Russia at least had a stated casus belli.

Way to take any agency away from Ukraine, who were pushing to join NATO themselves AND asking for weapons, precisely because they were scared THIS would happen elsewise.
Russia was fine allowing Ukraine to exist as an independent nation as long as it remained neutral and demilitarized i.e. the status quo from the end of the cold war through the Trump years.
Asking for weapons and training from NATO is a sign of aggression and essentially the beginning steps of NATO integration. It was a very dumb decision.

If by some crazy-ass coincidence that there is, I'd laugh myself into a coma. It'd make Biden's weak posturing leading into this shit the ultimate fuckup of his presidency regardless of what came after it, though I think you're a bit optimistic that they'd just start releasing stuff willy-nilly. Blackmail isn't worth a lot if you make it public, and having that much ammo would make taking other former soviet satellite states a shitload easier, I'd imagine.

China fucking with Real China's airspace (Pretty normal)

An important aspect of this is that it did not happen in a vacuum; it happened after the Soros/Davos/CIA-backed coup of 2014.
