It's fillers. You can't shrink a male-sized skull. You can only shave off a bit of the thickest parts, like the jaw and brow ridge, and even that carries a lot of risks. So plastic surgeons just pump troons' faces full of fillers to give a slightly softer look. It makes their cheekbones pop out a bit less.
Of course, that doesn't fix the actual size of the skull, the length and thickness of the neck, hand size, etc, etc.
And yet, leaps and bounds better than 99% of troon brow grooming (or lack thereof). More of them should go get their fuckin face caterpillars wrangled by professionals.

Erin's eyebrows look cleaned up but still look way too thick. Thinner brows would make him look more feminine. I know thicker brows are trending for women, but they're actually women, so they can get away with thicker brows without looking like men.

Two or so years ago I stumbled upon a rail thin trans that was a little too feminine. The hips gave it away for me. I forwarded the link to a couple of people who agreed it had to be a woman posing as a trans. One of them, a very curious sleuth, tracked the alleged tranny down and sure enough it was a female Polish model with a photographer boyfriend in tow. When he mentioned the alternate name in a tweet the account vanished. FF and now you have these enby (cis) things everywhere glommed onto trans, I would guess to up the sexually hip/deviance factor for potential grift. Many of them identity as "sex workers"

This is why the trans movement is just hypocritical. If gender roles didn’t matter you wouldn’t need to change your sex to wear wherever you want. Just because I want to wear goofy Hawaiian shirts and basket ball shorts I’m not suddenly a man. It’s pure cope to think the sexes are the same biologically or socially.

Yeah, it's bullshit.
We've quickly gone from troons arguing that sex and gender are not the same thing and that being trans is where there's a mismatch between the two, to troons now going full on science denial and either arguing that biological sex is not real, or that they somehow are biologically the sex they would like to be.
It's the same with "women can have penises" and "genital preferences are transphobic". Why would anyone chop their cock off then, and why isn't that act also considered transphobic?

In the last couple of days there's been a deluge of articles and social media posts featuring troons claiming that they have monthly cramps and therefore are True And Honest Women because pain in the pelvic area constitutes a menstrual cycle, nothing more and nothing less.

One thing that doesn't get talked about enough is the way that the top-down "trans acceptance" push in the USA coincided right with the start of the Trump presidency and the effects this had on "cis allyship."
Thing is, even very moderate liberals hatedTrump. Tens of millions of Americans hated him so much that they were willing to elect a walking corpse just to get him out of office. Whether that hate was justified or not is irrelevant; the point is that a lot of people were willing to enthusiastically support any culture-war issue that put them on the other side of Trump and Trump supporters. Including troons. I think a lot of troons mistook this proxy war for genuine support. Now many of them are wondering where their allies are and the truth is, most of their allies just didn't give a fuck. They were just swept up in the anti-Trump stuff.
Doesn't this apply to most culture-war issues? Sure, but most genuinely marginalized groups have long accepted that the general population does not give much of a shit about them, and they are accustomed to taking that into account as they attempt to advance their cause. Troons on the other hand are delusional and overconfident, and their movement has been so well-funded and rapid and successful that they have no experience of pushback. Most TRAs are white middle-class young people who are accustomed to being listened to. They have no concept of actual systemic oppression, so they decided that the performative support was an indicator of reality.
Even now, the biggest trans public figures are not attempting to build an empathetic case about what is happening in Texas; they're just whining and scolding people. They are not going to give an inch or even attempt to look at why stuff like this is gaining ground, other than 'republican bigot terf transphobes want kids to die!"
Oh well, it is fun to watch I guess.
