They had a very memorable plan prior to the Battle of the Bulge where they'd dress in US uniforms and drive captured allied tanks (this is a huge war crime) in order to get behind enemy lines and sow chaos to make way for the offensive. While it did happen and the Allies got very paranoid as a result of it, the Germans had nowhere near the amount of English-speaking soldiers or captured vehicles the plan actually called for. So the end result it was a footnote.

I doubt it'll be a full annexing. Too much hassle and they'd be responsible for repairing the war damage. Either puppet state after murdering all the anti-russian politicians or breaking off the independent areas and flattening the Ukrainian army so more independent militias can take control.
