I used to love the war clan period.
Raids were the shit, fun as fuck and full of autists raging and murdering each other.

I am pretty much past the time for playing roblox but its comfy to boot up from time to time.

Shame its filled with pedos and trannies.
Especially bad business, most of their skins are just tranny shit.

Also the city rp games with guns are fun as fuck because if you know your fundamentals you can mog kiddies for hours on end while they struggle to offer any meaningful resistance

Used to have the cop gamepass in one of those popular-ish rp games just so I could imprison other chilluns as soon as they joined the game. Most of them didn't know that you could free yourself by quitting and rejoining. Anything like it today with the same playerbase size would be advanced enough to prevent funny abuse like that tho.
 
One particular thing that bugs me about Roblox is the LGBT games. The main one, LGBTQ+ Hangout, is ran by Swocks, a guy pretty well known for his dislike of people he considers undesirable, including the LGBT community itself, but still, people shill their money into his game. He admitted the game is a cash grab.

Trolls are also a major issue in LGBTQ+ Hangout as well. Mods won't ban them because they bring income to the game. Another major issue is that anyone can buy roles in the game. This makes many idiots pretty powerhungry. Even though the highest buyable rank, Hangout Security, is 3k+ R$, this does not stop spergs from going feral. VIPs also have the ability to censor booths they find undesirable using admin commands. I can't remember how much VIP costs ingame, but it's not much. I can understand when it's a booth containing porn images (usually of the hentai or furfag calibre), however.

Speaking of paying for roles, anyone else unable to stand café games? You can literally pay to get certain roles or skip training altogether. Any piece of shit can fork out 10k+ robux for a high ranking role, go mad with power and their fellow HRs will suck them off because, y'know, HRs can't do any wrong. Also, many café groups are owned by pedos. Sorry not sorry.

Saw this today. Pretty interesting if basic history of the obby genre on Roblox, but even in this most general of content you have pronoun nonsense.
One dev who started in 2009 has their profile featured, going by "they/them"

I guess I shouldn't be surprised at this point, but what is in the roblox water that is turning the kids gay? Is it just kids being given unabashed access to social media that is letting them get groomed into this?

This would be fine if it was just a cheeky reference that will go over kid's heads. And I think the character sprites here look distinct enough that you can argue that the Cheshire thing is just an inspiration, as odd it is for a children's game. I'm not advocating for porn to be normalized on Roblox, I'm just saying if the extent was that it was a sly adult joke most kids wouldn't understand, I wouldn't really be bothered by it. Some cartoons make reference to R rated movies, ya know.

This however does not excuse that the model itself heavily resembles the Cheshire cat and that they used that fucking god awful sinful face pack used in Roblox Rule 63 jojo stand videos that gets circulated in the youtube algorithms. What in the ever loving fuck was Roblox thinking, and the Devs were thinking when they sent this idea. They didn't even bother redesigning her just so the resemblance is more obscure. This isn't even the first time Roblox accidentally made items that had connection to pornography, a name of a hat had to be changed because it was a key word which can bring up porn in the search result.

I remember a friend showed me roblox like ten years back, I called it a lego ripoff. I'm a little relieved I never played it considering how ban happy the mods are over bad language and light trolling. Yet won't do jack about pedos.

I was looking for this thread to post about all this, looks like I got beat to it.

I'm aware that the original artist for the Cheshire monstergirl, Kenkou Cross, is well known for being anal with regards to copyright, he has struck down games on Steam and such for using his art and is in general insanely strict about use of his work.

Certainly would be an extremely bad look to have news crop up of Roblox getting hit by a copyright notice from a hentai artist, especially with the present issues with staff and safety that has been sending their stock further into the toilet. At this rate I wouldn't be particularly shocked if it ends up facing the same fate Habbo Hotel had where TV journalists slammed it for harboring pedophiles. Glad I brushed it off when a friend way back in early high school suggested it to me.

To further add, this was confirmed to be a direct reference to Cheshire but got scrubbed off, both the person who mentioned it's a reference and the one to scrub this are both staff for the game this skin comes from, which probably won't help things at all for Roblox if KC finds out about this.

They released a user report for the year showing that due to lockdowns and kids being out of school people were playing more than double the amount they used to. It tanked after that when investors realized that much more user engagement didn't really translate to the dramatic profit increases they hoped.

Roblox, sadly is about the largest game platform geared towards children, possibly ever. I was gonna say it would be more surpising if there were a neopets thread, but apparently there was some sort of shitshow in 2015.

Maybe some, but the downturn was basically immediate if you look at their stock price. Right after the peak they started sliding.

Update on the stock, around Mid February, BBC uploaded a article detailing about how ROBLOX had Condo games. And these games had major issues with ODing, sex, etc. This made ROBLOXs stock possibly drop from $74 to $54. If the drop wasn't from BBC, then it may of been from ROBLOXs service (for being vague and mediocre).
