You realize that the southern and eastern part of Ukraine's population ( majority ) is actually helping/rooting for the separatists.

Ukraine is currently defending ground the population doesn't give a shit being anexed to russia/their own New Russia.

Yeah, if the 2021 timestamp wasn't a giant red flag, that's a pretty textbook firing range exercise and somebody whipped his phone out because night shoots are fucking cool. They probably had a bunch of tank silhouette targets somewhere downrange, and were using the flares to illuminate them, then spot and engage. Probably a general exercise, rather than anything being scored, since they seem to be engaging the same target all at once.

Chechens became the warrior elite of Egypt from the 11th century onward and seized control of the country in the 13th century, until Muhammed Ali Pasha Order 66'd them in the 19th century. They were called the Mamlukes.

Some of them are and some of them aren't. Crimea was like 90% Russian supporting these areas would be 40%, at best, but I suspect the majority of people just want to grill and will remain uninvolved if they can
