Streams can be used in court, but like you said, they have to be relevant.

If the charges she's brining is that he held her against her will and abused her, his defense can absolutely use her own streams where she says that she went back on her own "because she's addicted to him and the sex" and that, while he did slap her tit, she liked it. Yes, she has videos where she said "oh he slapped me in the face", there's no bruising or police report to back it up; and 9 times out of 10, she only said that because they had just recently broken up.

I don't know... there's just so much on her streams that a defense could use to at least say both parties are at fault, it's a toxic relationship, and then have them both go their own separate ways. I don't think Nader is going away for anything Chantal says (i.e. abuse or scamming) but if he is doing drugs or other activities against his parole...that will likely be found out because of this charge. And I don't know if Canada would consider that tainted fruit enough for them to not hold drug use against him if the charges were abuse and then he's found not guilty of the abuse.

What if her first stream, she went to the police station, but just stood outside for a while and then came back to the car, which is why she was sooooo cold when she got back. She came back to get some more food and said in an hour she has to go back.

In that time, she was offline for that later meeting with a "Detective", she actually called up one of her random friends like Roman, offered to pay them $1k to pretend to be a hospital staff and call her later that night claiming someone is in the hospital and will be released soon.

She then goes live later at the villa talking all about this legal shit without any proof, then gets the phone call from her friend to bolster her story, and conveniently Nader gets out in less than a day despite being on parole.

All the while Nader, if he was actually at the hospital, it may have been due to the raw chicken, and when his fans ask him about it the next time he goes live, he and DD will say what? no he was just sick! what are you talking about? and play dumb.

Then nothing will happen, foodie will not follow up with anything because it's not real, and even if it was, she's too lazy to follow up with anything.

And boom, life goes on. DD and Nader deny anything and say you're crazy to even think he was in jail, and foodie will call him a liar still and nothing changes, except the size of her bank account. She made a good chunk of change with this new drama.
