No, and that's what's weird here. A bunch of these delays are being requested by the defense for some weird reason. if it was just the prosecutors dicking them around and doing it all that would almost certainly be a 6th amendment violation by now.
There's almost certainly zero chance they've got a hardass prosecutor who's refusing a deal because
a)it's Commiefornia, I legit don't think there's such a hardass prosecutor in the entire fucking state
b)it's child sexual assault case. Ain't no prosecutor wanna drag that shit into court when they could plead it out.
Honesttly the entire thing is weird. They're basically tapped out resource wise, which is why they've been sat in jail for the 3 years instead of being out on bail. That means they're unlikely to be using the time to build any sort of actual defence, so I don't get why they're not pushing for a plea, guilty or not it's their only real chance at this point.
Also we have more potential lolsuits on the board. FanCentro, some of the APAG board (APAG being the official thot union) and some pornstars have all sued OnlyFans and Meta/Instagram for a bunch of dumb shit claiming they basically conspired to push other companies out and let OnlyFans get a monopoly on the self employed whore market.
