If he has any intent to fight on he should probably get out of Kiev and relocate to another city to use as an HQ. By doing what he is doing he has made himself into a big symbol of the Ukrainian fighting spirit and I am sure if he is captured or surrenders that will greatly effect morale. Ukrainian media could just say he "withdrew" from the city. Bravery is one thing and living to fight another day is another. A cadaver cannot command armies.
