My guess is Ame was involved somehow in the idea process and Cover was probably delighted to greenlight it to distract from Rushia. I agree though this is damn great, a nice surprise stream to be sure.

Ame is always the one behind the scenes making things happen. I've said in the past and I'll say it again, she inherited Coco's legacy. She is the one innovating and helping other people shine, without bragging about it.

Speaking as a Leaf, Mumei and Fauna both give off leaf vibes. Mumei in particular. Fauna I'm less sure of.
