Luckily it's high resolution enough to read one of the business names, it's located at проспект Валерія Лобановського, 6А, Київ, 03037, which is the high rise complex that was hit by the cruise missile which is why there's ruble everywhere.

Welp. That’s yet ANOTHER lie from Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense debunked.
The 13 that is when there were 80

So we can chalk that up alongside the Ghost of Kiev that was a lie.
And the lie about how Ukrainian forced TOTALLY repelled the Russian Air Assault Tripp’s at the airport. No. The Russians held it until their armor linked up.
And the lie about shooting down a Russian jet over Kiev, when they downed their own plane.
And the lie about shooting down two plane loads of Russian paratroopers SOUTH of Kiev.

This is insane. I want to root for Ukraine here but I cannot abide a regime the peddles flimsy falsehoods like this.

Zelensky is driving his country straight into the ground. This isn’t backed by any evidence, just circumstantial, but with arming random citizens (leading to them shooting each other and a convenient excuse for Russian soldiers to gun down random ukies) and the huge amount of Ukraine whining on social media I can’t shake the feeling that Putin is controlling the prime minister and somehow is manufacturing the battle to invade Ukraine even though the Ukrainian army is fighting its balls off

You can root for Ukraine despite the flimsy falsehoods, they're in a desperate situation and ready to try anything. I hate the bullshit too, but I can understand why they're trying to keep sympathy high and morale up, even if it means picking at whatever straws they can find.

Aftermath of the predawn fighting on Victory Street in Kiev. Heavy fighting continues at Vasilkov 30km SW of Kiev where Russian paratroopers tried to attack.

EDIT -- Tweeter was wrong on when this happened, not before sunrise. @Hackallier found a recording of the fight this shot was taken after!

The problem with bioweapons are two fold. Opposite sides of the same coin. Either it kills the enemy so quick that it doesn't spread, like when ebola comes out of the jungle and wipes out some poor African village by making them bleed out their ass to death, and goes no further. Or it kills so slowly that it takes your people with it and makes it so that you can't conquer the village because all your logistics and support people are bleeding out their ass to death in a longer time frame.

Like, maybe it made sense back in the early Cold War when East and West both had these massive conscript armies that you could just kill off in blind frontal assaults. But today western troops (and the local civilians and public back home) are too damn valuable to risk trotting across some poisoned landscape. Hence why everyone except third world shitholes like Iraq cashed in their chips.

They just aren't viable weapons for modern warfare. Just use bombs and bullets and missiles. Conventional munitions. It's easier.
