And now they point their fingers at Putin, who mentioned "nuclear response" in his speech, yeah, guess he should've used dirty bombs instead.
Yeah maybe at least if they wanted every major city in the Ukraine glassed instead of potentially occupied.

If this is how Russia does against a relatively unprepared corrupt kleptocracy with fewer men and less and worse gear, I'm kind of doubting the conventional threat that Moscow allegedly poses to Europe
Putin is using his B team and even with that he is holding back. Of the assembled B team he has committed about half.

Lukashenka committed treason – he made our country a participant in the invasion of Ukraine. So I declared myself as the national leader of Belarus to protect the sovereignty & independence of our country, represent it in security negotiations & crisis management in the region.pic.twitter.com/IyQ0YOM7Kf

Literally don’t know if anyone listens to this woman but she said it so there you are.

Aye, the losses aren't horrendous or back-breaking for them, but they are... I think 'sloppy' is the best word here. Too many small and simple mistakes. Recoverable, but absolutely unnecessary and adding up.

Seems the initial assault went well, but their armies lack of experience caught up to them fast when it slowed down.
Indeed. Regardless of how this conflict ends the Russian military will certainly be changing a lot of things, from training to doctrine I'd say. Here's one example: some Ruskie flipped a BMD-4M while crossing a bridge.

And it's not a good thing for Russia that over 200,000 soldiers (at least), when it's active army is just over 1,000,000, are part of the B team

US don't have B team units much less at least 20% of its army being B team. Even the most inept Nasty Gurlz unit is just as well equipped as regular army units and aren't B team soldiers
