Have we even really confirmed that the Bitcoin account that gave the money to Fuentes belonged to the Frenchman and that it was all his money/he had control over the account? That whole suicide/BTC transfer story, while certainly possible, sounds pretty suspect to me.
Whatever the case of the BTC transaction, Fuentes has opened up several ways the Feds could come on in. Either he is a glowing asset or he will get arrested by year's end.
