T-14 is well thought out but its too expensive

Russia was better off just upgrading its soviet era nonsense
The up gunned Soviet era armor is fine against last generation Soviet stuff. But pretty much anything they field would be annihilated by the next generation of M-1's. I doubt even the Russtards in this thread would argue that.

Russian forces have blown up the dam at the North Crimean Canal. The dam was constructed back in 2014 after the Russian annexation of Crimea took place.

unfortunately it's not that easy as it seems. The walls of the channel (which is fairly long) needs to be constantly maintained and they weren't for about 8 years, same with soil in Crimea, it takes many years for the salt water to retreat and salt reduced enough for the soil to be useful in agriculture.

Do you just post Ukrainian cope or what? This is all Ukraine has to offer, bad Internet propaganda? Sad!

I posted relevant and valid information. All you can post are snide one liner. Go fuck yourself troll!

lol at the risk of sounding like a smartass, as a permanent member of the security council, couldn't Russia just veto any such action?
Security Council Veto powers can be bypassed thorough U.N. Resolution 377, the so-called “Uniting for Peace” resolution. The measure states that, in the event that the Security Council cannot maintain international peace, a matter can be taken up by the General Assembly. This procedure has been used 10 times so far, most notably in 1956 to help resolve the Suez Canal crisis. Britain and France, which were occupying parts of the canal at the time, vetoed Security Council resolutions calling for their withdrawal. The United States called for an emergency “Uniting for Peace” session of the General Assembly, which passed a withdrawal resolution. (A simple majority vote is required.) Britain and France pulled out shortly after.

Edit: verbage

Russia is really missing the mark here. They need some photo ops showing some crying kids and 97 year old grandmothers holding ak's to get some furries back on their side.

Why does the NYT think this is good propaganda? If they actually need to deploy old women, then they are on the brink of defeat.

Nah..even the t90 is not even close to an m1a2

Maybe the original m1

It's good propaganda. It's cold-blooded tear-mongering that dresses up Putin as a sadist invading an innocent country. That's why his infantry is so keen on avoiding collateral damage (and why they are having more casualties than expected.)

BREAKING: Unconfirmed reports that Russia's Chechen general Magomed Tushayev was killed in Ukraine.
Here is something from Twitter on this. The former ambassador of Ukraine to Austria also said something about it. Magomed Tushayev appears to be a real person although with that said there is no way to confirm this is real or not.

Literally nothing.

Putin has two daughters and a small harem of gymnasts. He also needs his legacy, whatever it is, to actually survive.

100 years ago during the purges, many Soviet military facing purges were given a choice. Blow your brains, be officially a hero and your family provided for with generous pension, or be shot by a firing squad and have family declared enemy of the people and sent to gulags.

I hope Vlad makes the sensible choice.
