IIRC, the Geneva convention has provisions that any actor aiding and abetting the enemy can legally be considered an enemy combatant?
If true and correct, then would that not apply to nations giving military aid and entities promoting propaganda? So NATO nations sending weapons. CNN, twitter etc.
