How much tank does a tank tank of gas get you?
What is the operational range on the Russian tanks?
About 700km with additional fuel drums, ~450km without them. Combat range could be anywhere, depends on how much it needs to maneuver. Numbers are for T-72.

If that's true, how's that worse? I mean flipping off the enemy before they kill you is somewhat satisfying but flipping off the enemy before they fail to kill you is even better.
You know what's even better?

Performatively flipping off the enemy before immediately surrendering because you aren't going to be another dead gentile body for Zelensky.
EDIT: And also, you don't want his commissars or the Azov types to kill your family because you openly surrendered.

Maybe they mean zero degrees celcius? That's the freezing point of water. Kinda like how at the poles, there are large icebergs floating around in the water? A large body of water can be very close to the freezing point without being a giant block of ice. I could be wrong.
Dixie bros, is it time to make our move?

Saltwater has a lower freezing point, it is nonetheless doubtful that Russians just dropped into the middle of the ocean.
I no curr

Well they run things in Celsius there so zero degree waters means just above freezing that's all
Its pretty salty water, so it needs to be alot colder than 0 to freeze.
"Zero degree waters" yes genius, salt water stays liquid at zero degrees celsius.
Oh, I'm sorry, I was too enthralled by my Harry Potter and International Relations book to remember my basic chemistry. My bad.

Point still stands: Russian troops parashooting in the middle of the ocean in Feburary is not the most convincing story unless Ukraine annexed Atlantis recently.

Apologies if this has already been posted.

Interesting news on the front of Ukrainian lies: If anyone remembers the recent incident on Zmiinyi Island where a Ukrainian soldier told a Russian warship to fuck off.
Anyway, the story went that right after this exchange, Russia opened fire on the island, killing all Ukrainian soldiers. This has left these brave warriors who fought to the bitter end with the status of martyrs thanks to heavy focus on this event by Zelenskyy:

Only problem is...they didn't die heroically. They just surrendered.

Only problem is...you posted a video of a boat and a link to a rando twitter account. This proves nothing.

There are more credible sources that say the island was bombarded with gunfire. And the video doesn't necessarily mean the area wasn't attacked beforehand either.

There were soldiers livestreaming who had their streams cut off.

If Russia is completely kicked out of swift the amount of crying we'll see from cam whores and their patrons will be insane.

Forcing one to be created is a very, very bad idea for their interest imo.

I'm sceptical an alternative could be created anytime soon. Rival powers have had reason to do it for a long time and have barely made progress.

China's would be the linch pin of any system that bypasses the dollar/pound/euro and they're tied at the hit to the dollar.

I don't really understand why every other country is starting to make this their business, is it because Russia? Virtue signaling on a macro scale? Stating the obvious but the hypocrisy is disgustingly blatant, especially from the countries that effectively do the same thing in the shadows or pretend not to see the shit china does on the daily. This really isn't their business to get involved in and they're going to make it worse, but maybe that's what they want.
"HI fellow Kiwis...dont you just hate it when those hecken NATORINOS use their own military? They'd give you the impression the gosh darn Russians are doing something wrong here when they've got the blood on their hands too! The Russians aren't perfect, sure, but you know what........".

Now I am starting to believe this is turning into an absolute debacle for poor Vlad.

The tanks Russia is using, about 250-300 miles in optimal conditions with a full tank of gas. Add another 100 miles or so if the tank has a full complement of external fuel drums hanging off it

The T-90 has a 550 km (340 miles), T-80 has 335 km (208 miles), T-72 has 460 km (290 miles). This is all assuming no external fuel drums are used. For a reference the distance from Belgorod to Kiev is apparently 301 miles and approximately 484 km. Tanks have to start and stop all the time so I can imagine they could run out of fuel before they got to the city.
