I can't tell. Did one of those helis get swatted or was that the smoke cloud from it dumping rockets?
Flares.

Also lighting is off, so either last night or much earlier this morning. It is 11:15AM in Kiev.

This just showed up on a Russian State News channel

And now lol you don’t have a right to opinions

Czech Republic makes it illegal to openly support Russia’s war on Ukraine.

The approval or support of Russia’s invasion is classified as a “crime of denial, questioning, approval and justification of genocide,” according to the Ukrainian embassy in the country.

"Genocide." Are the TPTB really going to try to pass off what's going on in Ukraine as a genocide in order to start justifying a war with a fucking nuclear power?

Looked like it was a rocket dump.

russian column being hit allegedly? and verification?

why the fuck they pack their convoys so tightly are they FUCKING RETARDED?
Everyone seems to be operating pretty retardedly in this conflict, from Ukrainians downing their own aircraft, to Russians outrunning their fuel supplies.

Actually China seemingly isn't actively helping them out from what I've gathered. Even they don't really support this, it's why they abstained in the UN vote instead of vetoing like they nearly always do when it comes to condemning Russia.
Don't trust a word out of China's mouth

The amount of ignorance and propaganda surrounding this war is astounding. Putin derangement syndrome is confirmed IMO. None of the fools on any of the social media sites are educated at all about the details of just how bad Ukraine is, and how they provoked this war.

>elected government overthrown by literal nazis
>Ukrainian society openly worships Stepan Bandera, a man who helped murder small hats, Russians and Poles
>many, many small hats, Russians and Poles
>world's number 3 source of CP and other abuse material
>oligarchs own everything, corruption everywhere
>Current president imprisoning political opposition
>Burisma, Biden connection
>laws actively discriminating against Russians, suppressing their language rights and culture

>and none of them can properly define what a fascist is

Fuck these people.
Putin is a faggot. So are all Russians.

The Italian Communist Party held a rally in Milan in support of Russia and Novorossia.

Guess some habits die hard...

The Italian communist party has been perpetually seething ever since the CIA outspent the Kremlin in the 1948 election.

It was the closest they came to gaining power west of the iron curtain and they're typically more outspoken than others when the opportunity to shit on the west presents itself.

They abstained because of the context of non-Ukrainian parts of Ukraine trying to secede due to not being Ukrainian.

That last video really demonstrates Russia isn't viewing this as a extremely high stakes military operation
The Russians have a weird game to play here. Regardless of what you think of the situation, they want to be able to come off as liberators of Ukraine from the so-called Nazis and American Quislings/collaborators. They could be pushing much harder than they are, but I think one of the things holding them back is the PR problem. If they barrel into Ukraine and commit a bunch of atrocities, they risk turning pro-Russians and fence-sitters in Ukraine against them. If they fuck shit up too hard in terms of PR, Ukraine could turn into a big boondoggle like the American adventure in Afghanistan, getting booted out by an insurgency after two decades of wasted blood and treasure.

The Russians need to be very careful because they cannot risk creating, or lending legitimacy to, a Ukrainian Taliban after they almost certainly win the conventional phase. Last time Russia pulled something like this, Ukrainian Hitler-adjacents kept fighting the USSR for like 15-20 years after WW2 was lost. Russia cannot afford to throw gasoline on those embers. This notion of civilians peacefully protesting an invading army is crazy, but arguably pretty smart, at least as a gamble. Certainly putting civvies to much better use than shit-tier, zero training, low equipment militias that will just be sent straight to their graves. Gumming up the Russian war machine with civilian mass protest *could* be fairly effective, and the Russians look REALLY fucking bad if they start fucking with them, especially violently. What would the legitimacy look like for Putin's new puppet gov't if he just committed a Tiananmen Square in the Maidan? What would Azov Werwolf resistance support/recruitment look like if Putin just committed a Tiananmen Square in the Maidan?
