I think the fact that she's tall (for a female) and pear shaped gives the illusion that she's slightly smaller than she actually is because you don't usually think someone who is 220lbs would have a waist. Still it's somewhat impressive that a junkie could be so fat, but I guess Daddy Tuna might pay for food every now and then so that means she doesn't have to do the usual junkie choice between getting high and eating,

I actually do have a little tidbit to tell. Many many years ago, when she was "Tumblr famous" (some time before Lurch even came into the picture) I used to read her Tumblr, and I remember someone asking her about AiC. IIRC she said she didn't really like them, she only had a cassette but didn't even really remember what it sounded like. Interestingly enough, however, I do remember her liking Nirvana a lot and posting about them.
Her Nirvana obsession might be lifelong, but it definitely seems like she only got into AiC because MUH HEROIN — which is both a little sad, and absolutely fucking hysterical.

Yeah, she has a long torso and her weight mostly collects on her lower half. The girl is definitely obese though. She went from "just" being overweight to being classified as obese when she passed 205 . Just look at her arms in the black tutu post from above.

Yeah I doubt she's getting thrown out just yet. I feel like she'll be able to get continuinces until either she moves in with one of her parents or one of Lurch's junkie friends decides to let them crash on the couch. I don't think living in a cardboard box is in the cards for Tuna quite yet.
He doesn't strike me as the kind of junkie who has a bunch of friends, much less any willing to let him and his Cluster B trainwreck girlfriend move in indefinitely.
most benzo/heroin addicts get addicted to jesus as they feel they have commited alot of sins and carry a lot of guilt so they hope faith gets them to be more at peace with themselves, and therefore be a better person for their family,

There are plenty of twelve step addicts out there, as well. They maintain that attendance at daily meetings, obsessive working and reworking of the steps, interacting exclusively with other users, and pressuring others to try it is healthy and the only way to get clean, but it's always felt suspiciously like transference to me. If it were really "recovery" for these people, there would be a measurable endpoint.

I also love that she's still claiming the only thing keeping her from marrying "the love of [her] life" is lack of proper identification documents.
Edited to add that no, he's not getting fat because he quit using H. Heroin and other opiates cause extreme sugar cravings in some users, and one of the unique "tells" for heroin abuse is coming up with elaborate mixtures of sweets. Anecdotally, I've noticed that mixing ice cream with sweet cereal, like Lucky Charms, is a culinary peculiarity of heroin addicts.
Methadone is especially notorious for causing significant weight gain, and methadone users almost universally report craving sweets. Until recently, Lurch was in a court-ordered methadone program in order to avoid prison time for drug and weapons charges, and I think that's why he's gotten so goddamn fat.
He has that "methadone bloat" look about him. It's fairly distinctive once you have seen it a few times.
