The amount of times a male feminist gets outed for being a sex pest or for being a ""non ally"" is surprising. I wonder if its done out of some sort of guilt, a feeling that they need to "get with the times", or they think they have a better chance with those women. Or it could be all of the above. We report, you decide. It's not that weird, it's pretty standard for male feminists to have some shady shit in their past that would get them in trouble if they said it today. Jim Sterling had whole blogs that were basically anti-woman screeds.
That’s a Throw back
The entire Ca debacle can serve as a warning to anyone and the message would say don’t hire degenerates like lewisLinkara should he a cautionary tale of what happenes when you join a group like channel autism. Being known as a cockslut cant be to good for social media
Lewis wasn't the biggest problem. He's a weirdo and a sycophant, so he was always going to 'go with the flow'. This of course means he's as loyal as a french nazi. The entire Ca debacle can serve as a warning to anyone and the message would say don’t hire degenerates like lewis

Looking at lewis and erod's attitude about CTC, they both sound as if they were the most betrayed out of the bunch. Lewis's list of grievances is laughable(wouldn't rent Doug's studio and forum moderation), and erod's is even worse(muh hammer). But if you read the social media posts, you'd think Lewis was the one tied upside down on the cross, or Erod was the one that was raped.
And, to a degree, I think to those two, they do feel the most betrayal. Lupa was always opportunistic and cutthroat, even back in her pre-CA days. She monkeybranched often, still obsessed with getting on Red Letter Media. Despite what she says, I don't think she ever took it seriously and her outrage is an act. Same with Marzgurl.
Lewis and Erod, they both seemed to have bought the whole 'big happy family' narrative, to the point of inventing outrage after the fact. So, I can buy that they feel the most outrage and 'betrayal' out of the bunch.
With Lewis it's more understandable. He was one of the three schmuckheads, he was a moderator for the forum, he had his own section when other people were stuck under tabs, and he was the one who did the most crossovers and was the site's biggest champion. They built him up, only to then later show they don't care about him and saw him as just the same as the others. But you're right about him completely buying into the one big happy family thing. Because this was probably the first time he had friends.Lewis wasn't the biggest problem. He's a weirdo and a sycophant, so he was always going to 'go with the flow'. By no fault of anyone but himself. He treated people in the past as stepping stones to success. With Lewis it's more understandable. He still thinks about the family thing, to the point where he sees Doug and Rob as some distant uncles he’s cut out of his life after all their asking for shit being the only time where they contacted. With Lewis it's more understandable. He had friends in highschool tho …. And he cut ties with them like super easilyWith Lewis it's more understandable. You're definitely correct about Linkara. How else do you explain him being a christian to male feminist except he just went with the beliefs of the people around him? However I disagree about Lupa. Part of it was definitely about getting more money and attention for herself. Why else would she have reuploaded Obscurus Lupa videos around that time? The main reason however was revenge.Lewis wasn't the biggest problem. He's a weirdo and a sycophant, so he was always going to 'go with the flow'. This of course means he's as loyal as a french nazi.

Really? Thought cutting ties with high school people was pretty normal. What a dick move

Well that and he thinks saying bad stuff about CA is still edgy and cool, as if an entire community of untalented hacks havent been doing "Downfalls of" or "Lets talk about x" videos for years now. Shit even when CTC was on going it was getting 24/7 coverage from ranttubers left and right, so even when he started doing it it was already oversaturated.Lewis wasn't the biggest problem. That's always been his biggest weakness in my eyes, he is so willing and eager to cut off anyone and anything that wouldnt further his career / bring him strife at some point. His convictions have the same amount of fortitude as a marshmallow wall and we have seen that first hand multiple times. He had friends in highschool tho …. And he cut ties with them like super easily
Well, back then it was vultures circling CA and Doug wondering if they would be forced to close up shop. Anyone left now is just salty MFers.Well that and he thinks saying bad stuff about CA is still edgy and cool, as if an entire community of untalented hacks havent been doing "Downfalls of" or "Lets talk about x" videos for years now. Doug and co. never showed Lewis they didn't care about him. HE left THEM. He was one of the people who took longer to do it, and Erod was the very last person to leave (Erod I believe they genuinely never gave a fuck about, but Lewis was one of Doug's inner circle of creators). Lewis threw Doug under the bus even though he made it clear in comments at the time he was struggling with it, because it was the "proper" feminist thing to do with the accusations going around. Then he overcompensated with his justification of his actions, and basically drank his own Kool-Aid. Same with Erod, but even worse. Erod only stayed as long as he did cause he's a nobody and figured he'd finally get to make something of his channel by being in an anniversary special. He left when it was clear that wasn't going to happen. With Lewis it's more understandable. He was one of the three schmuckheads, he was a moderator for the forum, he had his own section when other people were stuck under tabs, and he was the one who did the most crossovers and was the site's biggest champion. It’s called autism. He thinks favors are mathematical certainties.Lewis seemed to think that his 'friendship' with Doug and Brad was stronger than it actually was, to the point of his unreasonable demands of Doug's studio for shooting his own movie. Lewis really seems to be like that nightmare houseguest that comes in, acts like he owns your place, puts his feet up on your coffee table, and demand you go get him some Arby's because he doesn't like what you're cooking. I think Avonelle and Loren are to blame for this attitude.
I remember Lewis tweeted as another bad mark on Doug that Doug refused to fly to cons Lewis was attending just to 'hang out'. Lewis seemed to think any favor he gives must be paid back(him doing a guest voice in DBZA and using the favor as a way to get Lani to play a part in his movie), and everyone always owes him what's theirs(his disgusting attitude about Doug's studio).
Just seems strange to me. I thought it was always taught that favors to friends aren't something you expect to get repaid; you just do them because they're your friends. And being a good guest means in turn not being demanding when you're invited over.
