Same reasons why Nessie (The Loch Ness Monster) hasn't been found yet.
- Blurry photo taken of monster in question
- Researchers go to area to find said monster
- Come back empty handed due to various reasons (e.g. Murky/Cloudy water can't see good)
- Randomly they DO find something that looks like it could be proof (footprint, skeleton) but it's later debunked
- "ItS A mYsTeRy! OOOHHH Spoopy!" legend is still "unsolved"
