Russia has barely even bothered with outward propaganda this go around. They denied deaths, it's a step forward for TASS to admit Russians are killed, but then they need it to justify a change in strategy.

It doesn't matter. Like declaring the enemy a "Nazi", the word "Genocide" is one of the magical incantations used to stampede the cattle into war. Its application to Ukraine was
inevitable. It doesn't at all matter if it is true. Because Putin is Hitler and Hitler is a Nazi and Nazis always are going to commit Genocide.

Intellectually it all boils down to "punch nazis" being imprinted in their brains from an early age.

Great way to think of it. Although only Russia seems to be the ones to do a parade. Someone like China and their puppets would just have the government shut you down or deny service or business opportunities if you say something they don’t like.

These people have been gaslit by the media since 2016 that Russia stole that election from Hillary. Media spent the last six fucking years telling them the sitting President colluded with Russia. Even with all that being proven wrong. and the evidence supporting the exact opposite (Biden\Ukraine and the Steele Dossier\Mueller) they still believe it to their core.

It isn't hard to make the jump from that delusion, to one where they will parrot anything the media tells them about Russia. Mass psychosis isn't just a talking point. The left is now fully the party of war. The commie leftists hippies of the 1960's are long dead and irrelevant. Now they are all just puppets of the authoritarian state. The scary thing is the amount of "conservative" types that are falling into lock step with them. It's mass psychosis virtue signaling and the loss of any and all rational thought.

I like that the Putin supporters from /pol/ went from being "Putin is an honooray-russian-nazi" edgelords to now wanting bleeding heart sympathy for a supposed anti-Russian "genocide." By the time this over, they'll be wearing kippahs and going to temple.
