I'm quite positive it's because OIC got attention, so trolls and support showed up.
I will always be against giving attention to these utter cucks because it's not worth it. The questions asked are utterly shallow and come across as the Quartering interview. It boils down to "You done with Phil, bro?" "Yeah bro he's like, a scammer bro. You were right about him." and no one ever presses the paypig so they can just lie.
However after every such situation, Phil gets a nice support buff. Every single time and this time it's very obvious.

There's no input delay. What Phil is referring to is the fact that when you press the dodge button, you actually have to press and release in order to get the roll to come out. Phil is fat-finger mashing the dodge key and forgetting to release it, or releasing it with a good 30-40 ms of delay.

If they were smart they would string out their payments but they can't, and so in the process Phil will get more brazen with his demands.
